Only cornerback Leon Hall is inactive among Bengals starters Sunday against the Jets. He had been ruled out with an Achilles injury. Others on the injured list who have been sidelined are running back Rex Burkhead (calf) and defensive tackle Devon Still (elbow).
The healthy scratches are cornerback Chris Lewis-Harris, offensive linemen Tanner Hawkinson and Trevor Robinson and wideout Ryan Whalen.
