CB Ron Bartell said he has recovered “100 percent” after fracturing some small bones in his neck in the 2011 season-opener with the Rams. “I feel great. I’m just happy to be back on the field. It’s the first injury I’ve ever had where I’ve had to miss a significant amount of time.”
