Cardinals running back Andre Ellington, who had 158 total yards his last time out, worked past a thigh injury and was held under 65 yards on the ground during Sunday's win at Seattle in Week 16.
Ellington broke for a 26-yard run in the first quarter for his longest gain of the afternoon. He shared the load with Rashard Mendenhall and finished the game with 15 carries for 64 yards (4.3 yards per carry). He also caught two of his three targets for 8 yards in a 17-10 victory.
Ellington will try to get back on track in Week 17 against the 49ers. He rushed for 56 yards and a touchdown his last time out against the 49ers this season.
