Clippers' Chris Paul: Will retire after season
Paul is set to retire from the NBA following the conclusion of the 2025-26 season, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Paul opted to reunite with the Clippers on a one-year deal for his 21st season in the NBA. However, he has been in and out of the rotation to start the year, and the veteran point guard will hang up his shoes following the conclusion of the 2025-26 campaign. Paul has been one of the most storied point guards in NBA history, having been named to 12 All-Star Games (including the All-Star Game MVP in 2013), 11 All-NBA teams (including four selections to the First-Team) and to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team. The future Hall of Famer led the league in assists five times -- most recently for the 2022-23 season as a member of the Suns. He also led the league in steals six times.

Clippers' Chris Paul: Back in rotation Monday
Paul logged three points (1-2 FG, 1-1 3Pt) and two rebounds in 11 minutes during Monday's 110-108 loss to Philadelphia.
Paul moved back into the rotation, albeit in a minor role. His return to Los Angeles has been nothing but disappointing, adding to the frustrations in Clipper land. At this point, there is no reason to be rostering him in any fantasy format.

Clippers' Chris Paul: DNP Wednesday
Paul didn't see the floor Wednesday in the Clippers' 130-116 loss to the Nuggets.
Paul was a healthy scratch for the third straight game after playing only 13 minutes per game leading up to this stretch. With injuries to Kawhi Leonard (ankle) and Bradley Beal (hip), there's a chance coach Tyronn Lue turns to the 40-year-old veteran, but for now, it seems Jordan Miller and Kobe Sanders are getting a chance in the rotation, each logging 25-plus minutes for the first time Wednesday.

Clippers' Chris Paul: Set for uptick in minutes
Paul is expected to see an increase in playing time Thursday night against the Suns, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.
The Clippers ruled James Harden out for Thursday's matchup due to personal reasons, which opens up the door for Paul to receive more opportunities. He's had a tough time finding ways to make an impact behind both Harden and Kris Dunn, averaging 2.3 points, 1.7 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.1 steals in 13.4 minutes over his first seven appearances of the season. Paul should have a chance to log a season high in minutes in Phoenix.

Clippers' Chris Paul: Scoreless in 11 minutes
Paul chipped in zero points (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt), one rebound and three assists in 11 minutes during Tuesday's 126-107 loss to Oklahoma City.
Although Kawhi Leonard (ankle, rest) and Bradley Beal (knee, rest) were both out, Paul saw just 11 minutes on the second leg of the back-to-back set. Paul's fantasy appeal has really been lacking early on, as he's averaging 13.4 minutes across seven appearances.

Clippers' Chris Paul: Scoreless in 14 minutes
Paul ended with zero points (0-2 FG, 0-1 3Pt), one rebound, two assists and three steals across 14 minutes during Tuesday's 98-79 loss to Golden State.
Paul has recorded a few steals, but his overall fantasy impact has been quite limited to start the season. Through four regular-season contests, Paul is averaging 14.9 minutes per game with 2.5 points, 4.0 assists, 1.5 rebounds and 1.8 steals.

Clippers' Chris Paul: Will play vs. Utah
Paul (rest) has been cleared to play in Wednesday's game against the Jazz.
Paul sat out the team's preseason finale for rest purposes. He'll suit up to start his second stint in Los Angeles. It remains to be seen what kind of role he'll play with the Clippers and how that impacts his fantasy value.

Clippers' Chris Paul: Resting Friday
Paul (rest) won't play in Friday's preseason game against the Warriors, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.
Along with Kawhi Leonard, James Harden, Nicolas Batum and Brook Lopez, Paul will sit out the Clippers' preseason finale. The veteran point guard is expected to be ready to go for Wednesday's regular-season opener against the Jazz.

Clippers' Chris Paul: Drops 10 dimes in victory
Paul posted eight points (3-6 FG, 2-4 3Pt), 10 assists, a rebound and a steal across 18 minutes in Wednesday's 109-91 preseason win over the Kings.
Paul will likely end his career with the Clippers, where he made his name as one of the NBA's best point guards in the modern era. Paul isn't likely to draw many starts unless James Harden gets injured or takes a night off. He'll be a great addition to the second unit, where his playmaking skills could put him into the conversation for Sixth Man of the Year by season's end.

Clippers' Chris Paul: Fares well in debut
Paul recorded 15 points (4-6 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), six rebounds, four assists, one steal and two blocks across 17 minutes of Thursday's 142-95 preseason win over the Guangzhou Loong-Lions.
The first game of Paul's farewell tour went swimmingly. He came off the bench and operated as the primary backup behind James Harden, giving the second unit a huge lift. Paul may struggle to put up consistent fantasy value while the Clippers are at full strength, but it's clear he still has plenty left in the tank.
