The Raptors spread the scoring load Friday, with four players scoring 20-plus points in a blowout win. Barnes extended his streak of at least one steal to 12 games and has shot 50.0 percent from the field or better in five of his last seven games. Over that span, he has averaged 17.3 points, 8.9 rebounds, 5.4 assists, 2.0 blocks and 1.1 steals over 33.3 minutes per game.

Barnes posted 16 points (8-17 FG, 0-2 3Pt), nine rebounds, five assists, one steal and one block over 35 minutes during the Raptors' 121-112 win over the 76ers on Wednesday.
Barnes did commit a team-high six turnovers during Wednesday's win, but he led the Raptors with a plus-14 point differential. He also led the team in rebounds, with four of his boards coming off the offensive glass. He has filled up the box score to open the regular season and is averaging 19.2 points, 7.8 rebounds, 5.3 assists, 1.7 blocks and 1.4 steals over 32.7 minutes per game while connecting on 50.0 percent of his field-goal attempts.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Game-sealing block Monday
Barnes posted 16 points (8-16 FG, 0-1 3Pt), six assists, six rebounds, two blocks and one steal over 33 minutes during the Raptors' 110-108 win over the Hornets on Monday.
Barnes put up just one three-point attempt during Monday's win and finished tied with RJ Barrett for the second-most points on the Raptors behind Brandon Ingram (27). Barnes helped Toronto seal Monday's win late in the fourth quarter, when he blocked Collin Sexton's putback attempt at the buzzer. Through eight games in November, Barnes has averaged 18.4 points on 48.7 percent shooting, 8.5 rebounds, 5.9 assists, 2.5 blocks and 1.5 steals over 32.1 minutes per game.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Does it all vs. Cleveland
Barnes registered 28 points (12-22 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 10 rebounds, eight assists, five blocks and one steal over 35 minutes during the Raptors' 126-113 win over the Cavaliers on Thursday.
It was another strong outing for Barnes, who closed things out for the Raptors with 10 points in the fourth quarter. He matched a season high with five blocks, posted a game-high plus-18 point differential and was two assists shy from logging his first triple-double of the regular season. The fifth-year pro is up to six double-doubles on the year, five of which have come over his last seven games. Barnes is connecting on 50.5 percent of his field-goal attempts (including 42.9 percent of his three-point tries) while averaging 20.2 points, 7.6 rebounds, 5.2 assists, 1.8 blocks and 1.5 steals over 32.5 minutes per game to open the 2025-26 campaign.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Double-double vs. Brooklyn
Barnes registered 15 points (6-9 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 11 rebounds, five assists, one steal and one block over 31 minutes during the Raptors' 119-109 win over the Nets on Sunday.
Barnes got into foul trouble in the third quarter, but the fifth-year pro avoided fouling out for a second straight contest and finished with a game-high 11 boards. He recorded his fifth double-double of the season Tuesday, four of which have come over his last six games. Barnes has opened the 2025-26 regular season averaging 19.5 points, 7.4 rebounds, 4.9 assists, 1.5 blocks and 1.5 steals over 32.4 minutes per game while connecting on 50.0 percent of his field-goal attempts.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Posts 18 points before fouling out
Barnes finished Saturday's 130-120 loss to Philadelphia with 18 points (7-14 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-3 FT), five rebounds, four assists, two blocks and two steals over 32 minutes.
Despite the foul trouble, Barnes still made his presence felt on the defensive end, extending his streak of logging two-plus blocks to four games while tallying at least two steals for the fourth time this season. Through the first four games of November, Barnes is averaging 18.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists, 2.8 blocks and 2.0 steals over 31.6 minutes per game.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Another big defensive outing
Barnes logged 23 points (9-16 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six assists, three rebounds, four steals and two blocks over 28 minutes during the Raptors' 128-100 win over the Bucks on Tuesday.
The All-Star forward briefly left Tuesday's game in the second quarter due to a left thumb strain, but he was cleared to return for the start of the third frame after X-rays came back negative. The injury didn't appear to hamper Barnes, as he co-led the Raptors in scoring and was responsible for four of Toronto's eight steals in the blowout win. He's also been efficient on the offensive side of the floor, connecting on at least three three-pointers in four of his last six games while shooting 48.6 percent from deep on 4.6 3PA/G this season. Barnes has opened the 2025-26 campaign averaging 20.9 points, 6.9 rebounds, 5.1 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.5 blocks over 32.3 minutes per game.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Returns Tuesday
Barnes started the second half of Tuesday's game against the Bucks, per the broadcast. He was diagnosed with a left thumb strain, though his X-rays came back negative, Michael Grange of Sportsnet.ca reports.
Barnes appeared to injure his left thumb near the end of the first half and headed back to the locker room. However, the star forward had his thumb taped up, according to Josh Lewenberg of TSN.ca, and appears good to go for the remainder of the game.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Exits to locker room Tuesday
Barnes exited to the locker room after sustaining an apparent left hand injury in the second quarter of Tuesday's game against the Bucks, Vivek Jacob of the Raptors' official site reports.
Barnes headed back to the locker room and was grabbing his left thumb. If the star forward is unable to return, Collin Murray-Boyles, Ochai Agbaji and Jonathan Mogbo are candidates for increased minutes the rest of the way.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Season-high five swats in full line
Barnes produced 19 points (8-19 FG, 3-8 3Pt), 12 rebounds, eight assists, five blocks and one steal in 32 minutes during Sunday's 117-104 win over the Grizzlies.
It was the third double-double of the year for Barnes, who fell one dime shy of matching his season high while swatting a season-best five shots. There may have been some slight concern during the preseason about the star forward's role, given that the Raptors now have a healthy Immanuel Quickley on top of the addition of Brandon Ingram, but Barnes' usage has held up just fine in the early going. Barnes has averaged 20.6 points, 7.4 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 1.4 blocks and 1.3 steals per contest in seven games this season.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Logs second double-double of season
Barnes registered 14 points (6-14 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-4 FT), 10 rebounds, five assists, one block and one steal over 35 minutes during Toronto's 112-101 win over Cleveland on Friday.
Barnes led both teams with 10 boards en route to his second double-double through six regular-season games. The fifth-year pro will end the month of October averaging 20.8 points, 6.7 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1.3 steals and 0.8 blocks over 33.0 minutes per game while connecting on 52.2 percent of his field-goal attempts.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Nets 31 points with four triples
Barnes registered 31 points (11-18 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 5-6 FT), five rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block in 33 minutes during Wednesday's 139-121 loss to Houston.
Barnes has been unconscious from beyond the arc this season, drilling a ridiculous 55 percent of his three-point attempts, which is great to see after he only managed to convert 27.1 percent of his long-balls last year. He's not going to be this insanely good from three-point range all year long, but he has clearly worked on that aspect of his game, and adding a consistent three-point stroke should help boost his scoring numbers.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Meager production in loss
Barnes put up eight points (3-7 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 0-1 FT), three rebounds, two assists and a block over 30 minutes in Monday's 121-103 loss to San Antonio.
Barnes could not follow up his 33/11/6 explosion versus Dallas on Tuesday, which may partly be attributed to the fact that Toronto was on the second leg of a back-to-back in San Antonio. Regardless, Barnes is looked to as the leader of this Raptors squad and needs to step up production-wise.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Double-doubles with full line
Barnes closed with 33 points (13-24 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 4-5 FT), 11 rebounds, six assists and one steal in 34 minutes during Sunday's 139-129 loss to the Mavericks.
Barnes has been on a tear to begin the year, pumping out top-30 value behind averages of 24.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, 6.0 assists, 1.7 triples and 1.7 steals per contest on 52.8 percent shooting from the field and 84.6 percent at the charity stripe. If he could work on cutting down the turnovers (3.0 per game) while maintaining his impressive free-throw shooting, he could easily work his way into the top-20 equation.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Tacks three steals in loss
Barnes put up 17 points (6-15 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), five rebounds, three assists and three steals across 36 minutes in Friday's 122-116 loss to Milwaukee.
Barnes was less productive offensively Friday but was able to make his first three-pointers of the season. Over the first two games, it appears the bulk of the offensive opportunities will be split between Barnes, Brandon Ingram and RJ Barrett moving forward.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Strong outing in season opener
Barnes closed with 22 points (9-14 FG, 4-4 FT), six rebounds, nine assists, two blocks and one steal across 32 minutes during Wednesday's 138-118 victory over Atlanta.
It was a typically well-rounded performance from Barnes, although he didn't hoist a shot from beyond the arc after shooting a career-worst 27.1 percent on 4.3 three-point attempts a game last season. While minimizing that aspect of his game would impact his fantasy value, the fifth-year forward could more than make up for it if it leads to improved FG% and overall points.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Scores 31 points with full line
Barnes popped off for 31 points (10-15 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 11-12 FT), six rebounds, four assists, three steals and one block in 35 minutes during Friday's 119-114 preseason win over the Nets.
Barnes had been struggling offensively in his previous three preseason outings, converting just 20.0 percent of his shot attempts, so it was nice to see him finally get things going in this one. He did miss both of his three-point attempts, but long-range shooting has never been a big part of his game. Barnes can rack up the stats like few others, but the key for him will be sustained health, given he missed 17 regular-season games during the 2024-25 campaign.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Back in starting lineup
Barnes will start Sunday's preseason game against the Wizards, Vivek Jacob of the Raptors' official site reports.
After missing two straight preseason contests due to a minor knee issue, Barnes will return to action Sunday. He'll be joined in the starting lineup by Immanuel Quickley, RJ Barrett, Ja'Kobe Walter and Sandro Mamukelashvili. Notably, Brandon Ingram (rest), Jakob Poeltl (back) and Collin Murray-Boyles (elbow) are all in street clothes Sunday.
