Demin (foot/rest) is off the Nets' injury report for Wednesday's game against the Hawks, Brian Lewis of the New York Post reports.
Demin missed Monday's loss to the Rockets -- the second half of a back-to-back set -- while the team manages his plantar fascia issue. However, the rookie will return to action Wednesday. Through three regular-season appearances, he's averaging 8.7 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 22.0 minutes per contest off the bench.

Despite sitting out preseason action due to a plantar fascia tear, Demin has appeared in each of the Nets' first three regular-season games, all off the bench. Demin registered 14 points (4-6 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one steal in 22 minutes during Wednesday's 136-117 loss to the Hornets.
Demin made his NBA regular-season debut off the bench and, despite being on a minutes restriction while recovering from a plantar fascia tear, logged solid playing time and impressed with his shooting by knocking down four three-pointers. Demin was cleared to make his preseason debut Friday after recovering from a plantar fascia tear, and he certainly looked like he belonged. The 19-year-old rookie took full advantage of his opportunities on the offensive end and crashed the glass. The BYU product was unable to crack the 20-minute mark in his first and only action of the preseason, so expect him to be limited when Brooklyn opens up the 2025-26 regular season Wednesday in Charlotte.

"He's been a little bit limited with a plantar fascia tear after Summer League," Marks said. "So he hasn't potentially had the summer that he would have loved." Demin rested for the majority of the Las Vegas Summer League, and now there's clarity as to why that happened.
