The hits keep coming from Wembanyama, who is already generating MVP buzz after his scintillating start to the season. All five of his stat lines have been double-doubles, and he recorded a season-high 18 rebounds Thursday evening. Thanks to his excellent string of performances, the Spurs are 5-0 and and making some noise in the Western Conference.

Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Double-double streak continues
Wembanyama posted 24 points (7-8 FG, 10-10 FT), 15 rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block across 31 minutes in Monday's 121-103 win over the Raptors.
Wembanyama turned in another impressive performance, securing his fourth double-double in as many games. While he didn't block multiple shots for the first time this season, the big man has still totaled 19 swats thus far. Through four regular-season games, he's averaging 31.0 points, 13.8 rebounds, 4.8 blocks, 2.8 assists and 1.5 steals while shooting 60.3 percent from the field in 32.3 minutes per contest.

Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Double-doubles in victory
Wembanyama tallied 31 points (9-21 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 10-15 FT), 14 rebounds, six blocks, four assists and three steals across 36 minutes in Sunday's 118-107 win over the Nets.
Wembanyama led the Spurs in scoring and grabbed a game-high 14 rebounds en route to his third double-double in as many games. The star center also swatted at least three shots for the third consecutive game, totaling 18 blocks over that span. He's the first player in NBA history to score 100 points and record 18 blocks through the first three games of the regular season. The 21-year-old has been extremely impressive on both ends of the floor so far this season, averaging 33.3 points, 13.3 rebounds, 6.0 blocks, 2.3 assists and 1.7 steals in 32.7 minutes per contest.

Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Flirts with triple-double
Wembanyama notched 29 points (13-23 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 11 rebounds, two assists, a steal and nine blocks across 32 minutes before fouling out in Friday's 120-116 overtime win over the Pelicans.
Wembanyama finished just one block shy of recording what would've been his first triple-double of the season, and there's a good chance he might have achieved that hadn't he fouled out. The star big man has looked nearly unstoppable in his first two outings this season, as he delivered 40 points, 15 boards and three blocks against the Mavericks in the Spurs' opener. Wembanyama could be in line for another productive matchup Sunday against the Nets, who have started the season with back-to-back losses.

Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Looks unstoppable against Mavs
Wembanyama logged 40 points (15-21 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 9-11 FT), 15 rebounds, one assist, one steal and three blocks in 30 minutes during Wednesday's 125-92 win over Dallas.
Wembanyama got wherever he wanted, whenever he wanted, inside the painted area despite going up against a strong defensive frontcourt in Anthony Davis and Dereck Lively. Wembanyama displayed a variety of strong post moves, including an and-one reverse dunk and several other highlight plays. His lone three-point make came in jaw-dropping fashion, as the 7-foot-5 center rejected a Lively shot attempt, brought the ball down the floor and got fouled on a made step-back three, setting up a four-point play. Entering Year 3, Wembanyama has seemingly elevated his game to another level, and if he can consistently play like he did Wednesday, Wembanyama will certainly be in MVP conversations.

Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Strong finish to preseason
Wembanyama recorded 17 points (7-9 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 12 rebounds, one assist, four blocks and one steal over 24 minutes during Friday's 133-104 preseason win over the Pacers on Friday.
Wembanyama ended the preseason on a strong note Friday, as the third-year center led both teams in points, rebounds and blocks. The 2023 first-overall pick should be one of the top producers in fantasy this season, though his health will be of concern after he missed the second half of the 2024-25 campaign due to blood clots in his right shoulder. Wembanyama appeared in 46 games prior to his season-ending surgery and averaged 24.3 points, 11.0 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 3.8 blocks and 1.1 steals over 33.2 minutes per game while connecting on 47.6 percent of his field-goal attempts (including 35.2 percent of his threes on 8.8 attempts per contest).
