  • Kings' Jonathan Mogbo: Scores 12 points in win

Mogbo posted 12 points (4-7 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-3 FT), seven rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block in 24 minutes during Thursday's 91-85 Summer League win over the Clippers. Mogbo is coming off two seasons in Toronto, during which he primarily featured for their G League affiliate. The Kings signed him to a two-way contract July 1, and he's expected to have a prominent role with the Stockton Kings early on.

  • Kings' Jonathan Mogbo: Starting Thursday

Mogbo (undisclosed) is available and starting Thursday's Summer League game against the Clippers, Law Murray of The Athletic reports. Mogbo didn't play in Monday's California Classic Summer League win over the Bucks, though he'll return to action Thursday. The 24-year-old forward signed a two-way pact with Sacramento earlier this month and will likely spend most of his time with the Kings' G League affiliate, the Stockton Kings, in 2026-27.

  • Kings' Jonathan Mogbo: Won't play Monday

Mogbo will not play in Monday's California Classic Summer League game against the Bucks for undisclosed reasons, Sean Cunningham of Fox 40 Sacramento reports. Mogbo played both games in the team's back-to-back set over the weekend and will get a night off for the third game in as many days. His next chance to suit up will come Thursday in the Las Vegas Summer League against the Clippers.

  • Kings' Jonathan Mogbo: Finishes with five blocks in win

Mogbo finished with six points (3-5 FG, 0-1 FT), seven rebounds, two steals and five blocks across 32 minutes in Saturday's 79-76 California Classic Summer League victory over the Nets. Mogbo wasn't heavily involved offensively, though he got after it on the defensive end by accruing a game-high five blocks to help lead the Kings to a narrow win. Mogbo, the No. 31 overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft, spent his first two seasons in Toronto, where he averaged 4.4 points, 1.7 rebounds, 0.6 assists, 0.2 blocks and 0.3 steals over 14.9 minutes in 103 regular-season contests. While Mogbo has some positive attributes, he will need to improve in several areas if he hopes to earn a meaningful role with the Kings beyond a two-way contract.

  • Kings' Jonathan Mogbo: To sign with Kings

Mogbo will sign a two-way contract with the Kings, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports Wednesday. Previously with the Raptors, Mogbo will become a developmental project for the Kings. Presumably, he will spend the bulk of his time in the G League early on. Mogbo made 40 regular-season appearances in 2025-26 for an average of 6.2 minutes per contest.

  • Jonathan Mogbo: Team option declined

The Raptors declined their team option on Mogbo's contract for the 2026-27 campaign, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca reports Monday. After spending the first two years of his career in Toronto, Mogbo will enter unrestricted free agency. The 24-year-old forward saw a significant decline in playing time in his second season, averaging 1.5 points and 1.7 rebounds in 6.2 minutes per game across 40 regular-season outings in 2025-26.

  • Raptors' Jonathan Mogbo: Returns from G League stint

The Raptors recalled Mogbo from the G League's Raptors 905 on Wednesday. Mogbo wasn't available for the Raptors' 127-116 loss to Detroit on Tuesday while he was on assignment in the G League, but he'll suit up for the parent club in the second leg of its back-to-back set Wednesday versus the Kings. The second-year big man took the court Tuesday with the 905 in a 120-105 loss to the Motor City Cruise in the first round of the G League playoffs, playing 19 minutes and finishing with four points (2-4 FG), five rebounds and one block.

Toronto recalled Mogbo from the G League's Raptors 905 on Sunday. Mogbo, who has been a key player for the 905, is being recalled to provide emergency depth at the NBA level. Collin Murray-Boyles (thumb) continues to manage a lingering injury.

  • Raptors' Jonathan Mogbo: Back with parent club

The Raptors recalled Mogbo from the G League's Raptors 905 on Thursday. Mogbo won't stick around with the 905 ahead of their game Thursday against the Cleveland Charge and will instead return to the parent club as it heads into the All-Star break. Though he's not signed to a two-way deal, Mogbo will likely have more G League assignments in his future over the rest of the season since he's been unable to capture a consistent rotation role with Toronto. Over his 23 appearances at the NBA level this season, Mogbo is averaging 1.3 points and 1.6 rebounds in 6.0 minutes.

  • Raptors' Jonathan Mogbo: Sent down to G League

The Raptors assigned Mogbo to the team's G League affiliate on Wednesday, Blake Murphy of Sportsnet.ca report. Mogbo has bounced back and forth between the NBA and G League, and he'll get some burn with Raptors 905. In 11 NBA appearances, Mogbo is averaging 1.2 points and 1.4 rebounds across 4.5 minutes per game.

  • Raptors' Jonathan Mogbo: Assigned to G League

Toronto assigned Mogbo to the G League's Raptors 905 on Wednesday. With Mogbo unable to break through Toronto's rotation, most of his live reps will continue to come with the 905 for the time being. He posted 20 points (8-11 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-6 FT), five rebounds, three blocks and two steals in 29 minutes during Wednesday's 115-108 win over the G League's Delaware Blue Coats.

  • Raptors' Jonathan Mogbo: Another garbage-time appearance

Mogbo amassed two points (1-1 FG) over four minutes during Friday's 111-86 loss to Charlotte. Mogbo suited up for just the third time in the past 13 games, continuing to serve as nothing more than a depth piece, typically dusted off during garbage time. Through 10 appearances this season, Mogbo has scored a total of 10 points. Some simple math would tell you that he is averaging 1.0 points per game, which is less than ideal when it comes to potential fantasy value.

Toronto recalled Mogbo from the G League's Raptors 905 on Saturday. The second-year pro has appeared in five games for the 905, averaging 11.2 points, 8.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.0 blocks and 1.0 steals over 28.3 minutes per game in the G League this season.

  • Raptors' Jonathan Mogbo: Recalled to NBA

The Raptors recalled Mogbo from the G League's Raptors 905 on Sunday. Mogbo will return to the parent club after a two-game stint in the G League. The 2024 second-round pick has averaged just 4.9 minutes per game in seven appearances with the Raptors, and he isn't guaranteed to see the floor in Monday's game against the Hornets.

  • Raptors' Jonathan Mogbo: Notches eight points

Mogbo produced eight points (4-7 FG), five rebounds, three assists, one steal and five turnovers in 19 minutes of Friday's 107-105 preseason win over the Celtics. Jakob Poeltl was rested, but Mogbo returned to the bench for Friday's game with Sandro Mamukelashvili getting the starting nod. Mogbo is currently in a battle with Mamukelashvili for the backup center minutes, but it's also possible the Raptors base their center rotation on the matchups.

Mogbo totaled nine points (4-14 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 14 rebounds, 10 assists and four steals in 35 minutes during Sunday's 125-118 loss to the Spurs. Mogbo finished as the leader in rebounds and assists, and he was one point shy from registering the second triple-double of his NBA career. The rookie second-round pick had a steady role in the rotation for much of the season and ended up starting in 18 games (including the final five contests of the regular season). Since the beginning of March, Mogbo averaged 8.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.2 steals over 27.2 minutes per game.

Mogbo did his best impression of teammate Scottie Barnes on Wednesday, leading the Raptors with a career-high 10 assists en route to registering the first triple-double of his NBA career. Mogbo has seen his playing time increase since early February and has played at least 24 minutes in each of his last 12 outings. Over that span, the rookie second-round pick has averaged 9.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.0 steals over 28.0 minutes per game.

In his last outing against the Rockets on Sunday, Mogbo finished with 10 points (3-10 FG, 0-6 3Pt, 4-5 FT), six rebounds, three assists and four blocks across 31 minutes.
