  • Thunder's Alex Caruso: Season-high 11 points

Caruso contributed 11 points (5-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt), eight rebounds, three assists and three steals over 24 minutes during Saturday's 111-109 loss to San Antonio. Caruso recorded double-digit points for just the third time, matching his season-high with 11 points. Injuries continue to be an issue for Caruso who's missed nine games thus far due to various ailments. When healthy, he remains one of the best steal streamers in the league, averaging 1.8 thefts in just 18.8 minutes per game.

  • Thunder's Alex Caruso: Tallies three steals in return

Caruso (quadriceps) logged three points (1-3 FG, 1-2 3Pt), three steals, one rebound and one assist across 13 minutes during Wednesday's 138-89 victory over Phoenix. Caruso returned to action after missing the past four games due to a right quad contusion. Though Caruso remains a valuable role player for Oklahoma City due to his defensive versatility, his hard-nosed style of play often lends itself to injury. He's already missed nine games this season, but when healthy and available, Caruso can hold some value as a streaming option for steals.

  • Thunder's Alex Caruso: Removed from injury report

Caruso (quadriceps) is off the injury report for Wednesday's game against the Suns. After sitting out four consecutive games due to a right quadriceps contusion, Caruso is lined up for a return Wednesday. The veteran swingman will likely play his usual role off the bench. On the year, Caruso has averaged 5.7 points, 2.5 assists, 2.4 rebounds and 1.8 steals in 18.8 minutes per contest through 15 regular-season games.

His next chance to play will come Wednesday against Phoenix. Caruso (quad) will remain on the inactive list for Friday's game versus Dallas, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports. For now, Caruso should be considered doubtful for Wednesday's game in Utah.

Caruso (quad) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Warriors. Tuesday will be the second straight game on the inactive list for Caruso, and for now, he should be considered questionable for Friday's game against the Mavericks. • Thunder's Alex Caruso: Strong line in 17 minutes

Caruso closed Wednesday's 121-92 victory over the Lakers with 10 points (4-7 FG, 2-3 3Pt), four rebounds, three assists and two steals over 17 minutes. Caruso's per-minute production remains elite, but his workload leaves a lot to be desired. Similar to the 2024-25 season, the Thunder keep his minutes down in order to keep him fresh for the playoffs because he's had problems staying healthy in the past. Through nine games, Caruso is on pace for 10th-round value in nine-category formats in 20.9 minutes per contest.
