Rockets' Kevin Durant: Battles to 20-point night
Durant provided 20 points (6-18 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 7-8 FT), three rebounds and three assists over 37 minutes during Wednesday's 114-104 win over the Cavaliers.
Durant struggled to reach the 20-point mark Wednesday night, hitting at a clip of just 33.3 percent from the field while also failing to find his groove from beyond the arc. There wasn't much to feel good about outside his scoring production, though it was reassuring to see the Texas product put up 20 or more points for a sixth straight matchup, even on a night he clearly couldn't buy a bucket.

Rockets' Kevin Durant: Leads all scorers with 35 points
Durant racked up 35 points (13-24 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 7-7 FT), five rebounds, six assists and one block in 45 minutes during Sunday's 117-113 overtime win over the Magic.
Durant fell two points shy of a new season high, but he still helped lead the Rockets to a hard-fought victory in overtime. The superstar forward is off to an excellent start with his new squad, posting at least 20 points in 10 of his first 12 games. Durant has averaged 25.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.0 steals in 36.1 minutes per contest overall, shooting 51.0 percent from the floor.

Rockets' Kevin Durant: Drops 30 points against Portland
Durant generated 30 points (12-19 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, three assists and one steal across 36 minutes of Friday's 140-116 win over the Trail Blazers
Durant delivered his fourth 30-point game of the campaign, and his second in the last three gams. Although the 37-year-old is still producing at a high level offensively, he has taken a minor step back so far in 2025-26. His 25.1 points per game would be his fewest in a regular season since the 2016-17 campaign. He's shooting 50.5 percent from the field, which would be his worst mark since the 2015-16 campaign. But just 11 games into the year, those numbers will have plenty of time to rise.

Rockets' Kevin Durant: Scores 23 points in win
Durant ended with 23 points (7-16 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 7-8 FT), five rebounds, four assists and two steals over 31 minutes during Wednesday's 135-112 win over Washington.
Durant was unable to reach the 30-point mark on back-to-back games for the first time this season, but the star forward had another efficient performance. Since delivering a season-low 11 points in the win over the Grizzlies on Nov. 5, Durant has responded by providing at least 23 points in his last three outings while shooting 53.1 percent from the floor. Even though he's not going to be the dominant scoring option he was during his prime years, Durant remains a well-above-average scorer across all formats.

Rockets' Kevin Durant: Hits for 31 in comeback win
Durant finished Sunday's 122-115 victory over the Bucks with 31 points (11-15 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 7-9 FT), three rebounds and seven assists across 37 minutes.
The Rockets trailed for most of the game and were down 108-100 with just under five minutes left in the fourth quarter, but Durant helped lead a comeback and put his team ahead for good at 115-113 with 1:42 left on the clock. It's the third time in nine games that the 37-year-old forward has scored more than 30 points, while the seven assists were a season high. Durant is averaging 24.8 points, 4.6 boards, 3.1 assists, 1.7 threes, 1.0 steals and 0.8 blocks to begin his tenure with Houston.

Rockets' Kevin Durant: Scores 24 points in turnover-fest
Durant provided 24 points (8-18 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 7-7 FT), one rebound, two assists and one steal over 37 minutes during Friday's 121-110 loss to San Antonio.
Durant was coming off a game in which he was held to a season-low 11 points on 5-18 shooting, and while he got things back on track in the scoring department in this one, he also committed a season-high eight turnovers. As a team, the Rockets conceded a season-high 33 points off 23 turnovers, which ended their five-game win streak. Through 18 years and 1131 games of NBA experience, Durant has only had 18 such instances where he's turned the ball over eight-plus times in a single game.

Rockets' Kevin Durant: Struggles with shot in win
Durant contributed 11 points (5-18 FG, 1-2 3Pt), four rebounds, five assists, one block and one steal across 34 minutes during Wednesday's 124-109 victory over Memphis.
Durant delivered his worst game of the season so far in this win over the Grizzlies, posting a season-low output in points and field goals made while attempting 18 shots -- his second-highest mark of the season. There's a strong chance this might have been nothing more than an off game for the veteran scorer, as he had recorded at least 19 points in each of his previous six games to start his Rockets tenure on a strong note. Durant will aim to bounce back when the Rockets take on the Spurs on Friday.

Rockets' Kevin Durant: Strong start to Rockets career
Durant recorded 21 points (6-18 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 7-7 FT), six rebounds, five assists, one block and one steal in 38 minutes during Monday's 110-102 victory over the Mavericks.
That's now five games in six contests with at least 20 points for Durant to begin his Rockets career. Early on, the superstar forward is showing no signs of slowing down in his age-37 campaign. Durant has averaged 26.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.0 blocks in 35.5 minutes per game this season, shooting 51.0 percent from the floor.

Durant compiled 31 points (11-19 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 5-8 FT), five rebounds, one assist, three blocks and two turnovers in 37 minutes during Wednesday's 139-121 victory over the Raptors.

He's one of the most efficient scorers ever to do it and is showing no signs of slowing down in his age-37 season.
