Brewers' Coleman Crow: Likely done for season
Crow is unlikely to return this season due to a right flexor strain, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.
Crow hasn't pitched since early July, first due to a hip injury and more recently because of the flexor strain. It does not appear he will need surgery at this time, but the Brewers don't intend to push the 24-year-old to return before the end of the season. Crow has been terrific in 2025 when healthy, collecting a 3.24 ERA and 64:12 K:BB over 50 innings covering 12 starts between Double-A Biloxi and Triple-A Nashville.

Brewers' Coleman Crow: Shelved again at Triple-A
Triple-A Nashville placed Crow on its 7-day injured list July 18 due to an unspecified injury.
Crow was deactivated for the second time in just under a month, as Nashville previously placed him on the IL on June 20 due to a left hip injury. He was reinstated July 3 and made two starts for Nashville before being shut down again. Between stops with Nashville and Double-A Biloxi, the 24-year-old right-hander has compiled a 3.24 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and 64:12 K:BB over 50 innings this season.

Crow (hip) was activated from the 7-day injured list Thursday.

Brewers' Coleman Crow: Dealing with hip pain
Crow was placed on Triple-A Nashville's 7-day injured list Friday due to left hip pain, Curt Hogg of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
The injury is deemed to be minor, as Crow is expected to miss just one start. He has spent the entire season with Double-A Biloxi but was recently promoted to Triple-A. Crow has a 4-0 record across 10 starts in Double-A with a 2.51 ERA, 0.91 WHIP and 52:8 K:BB across 43 innings.

Brewers' Coleman Crow: Makes organizational debut
Crow (elbow) debuted for Double-A Biloxi on April 18 and has logged a 3.24 ERA, 1.48 WHIP and 12:3 K:BB in 8.1 innings over his first three starts with the affiliate.
The Brewers acquired Crow from the Mets in December 2023, but the 24-year-old righty didn't make his organizational debut until a few weeks ago while he recovered from Tommy John surgery, which he underwent a few months before being traded. Crow had been a prospect of some repute prior to missing time with the elbow injury, but he'll need to regain his pre-surgery velocity and command to put himself back on the radar in dynasty leagues.

Mets' Coleman Crow: Undergoes Tommy John surgery
Crow recently underwent Tommy John surgery on his injured right elbow, Sam Dykstra of MiLB.com reports.
Crow -- who was acquired from the Angels in the Eduardo Escobar trade -- hasn't pitched since late April due to his elbow issue and evidently at some point the decision was made to have surgery. The 22-year-old might not get back on a mound again until 2025.

Mets' Coleman Crow: Shelved with elbow inflammation
Crow, whom the Mets acquired Friday along with Landon Marceaux in the trade that sent Eduardo Escobar to the Angels, hasn't pitched since April 26 due to elbow inflammation, Kyle Glaser of Baseball America reports.
Crow landed on the Double-A Rocket City injured list May 12 after turning in a 1.88 ERA, 0.62 WHIP and 31:6 K:BB in 24 innings over his first four starts with the affiliate. The 23-year-old remains without a definitive timeline to make his debut with the Mets' Double-A affiliate in Binghamton, but he's reportedly been able to throw bullpen sessions of late.

Mets' Coleman Crow: Traded by Angels for Escobar
Crow (undisclosed) and Landon Marceaux were acquired by the Mets from the Angels on Friday in the trade for Eduardo Escobar.
Crow has not been able to pitch for Double-A Rocket City since the end of April because of an undisclosed injury, but he had a 1.88 ERA in four starts with a 31:6 K:BB prior to being placed on the 7-day injured list. The right-hander was drafted in the 19th round out of Kennesaw State by the Angels in 2019, and he has a chance to develop into a rotation option thanks to a five-pitch mix and the ability to land those pitches for strikes.
