Snell secured the win in Monday's Game 2 of the National League Division Series against the Phillies by allowing one hit and four walks while striking out nine over six scoreless innings.
Snell had his stuff working early and often during Monday's start, carrying a no-hit bid into the bottom of the fifth inning. He dealt with some traffic in the sixth after allowing a pair of walks, but the southpaw wiggled off the hook by inducing a strikeout and groundout. Snell has been nothing short of electric in two postseason appearances, surrendering two runs on five hits and five walks while striking out 18 across 13.0 frames.

Dodgers' Blake Snell: Brilliant against Reds
Snell earned the win over the Reds on Tuesday in Game 1 of the National League Wild Card Series. He allowed two runs on four hits and one walk while striking out nine over seven innings.
Making his first postseason start with the Dodgers, Snell turned in the longest playoff outing of his career. He induced 19 swinging strikes on 91 pitches and shut the Reds out until the seventh inning. Los Angeles needs one more win to secure the series -- Snell figures to start Game 2 of the NLDS against Philadelphia if the Dodgers advance.

Dodgers' Blake Snell: Confirmed for Game 1 start
Snell will start Game 1 of the National League Wild Card Series against the Reds on Tuesday.
Skipper Dave Roberts hinted Sunday that Snell was in line for the nod in Game 1, and the team confirmed him as the starter Monday evening. Snell looked locked in during his final three appearances of the regular season, posting a 0.47 ERA with 28 strikeouts across 19.0 innings.

Snell is in line to start Game 1 of the Dodgers' wild-card round series against the Reds on Tuesday, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.
Snell is a "good bet" to start the team's postseason opener versus Cincinnati, according to manager Dave Roberts. The left-hander last toed the rubber Wednesday against the Diamondbacks, tossing six innings of one-run ball, allowing five hits and a walk, while striking out five. Snell finished the 2025 regular season having posted a 2.35 ERA and 1.26 WHIP with 72 strikeouts over 61.1 innings in 11 starts.

Dodgers' Blake Snell: Excellent again Wednesday
Snell allowed one run on five hits and one walk while striking out five batters over six innings in a no-decision against Arizona on Wednesday.
Snell wasn't able to notch double-digit strikeouts as he had in his previous two outings, but he did extend his quality-start streak to three contests. The left-hander threw 63 of his 95 pitches for strikes and induced nine whiffs. This was presumably Snell's final appearance of the regular season, so he'll likely finish with a 2.35 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 72:26 K:BB over 61.1 innings spanning 11 starts. Snell has been particularly strong down the stretch, allowing just one run across 19 frames while posting a 28:5 K:BB over his past three starts. He'll undoubtedly be in Los Angeles' postseason rotation, and he's relatively fresh after missing fourth months of big-league action from early April to early August due to a shoulder injury.

Dodgers' Blake Snell: Goes seven scoreless with 12 Ks
Snell (5-4) earned the win over Philadelphia on Wednesday, allowing two hits and issuing two walks while striking out 12 batters over seven scoreless innings.
Snell dominated the Phillies throughout the victory, racking up a massive 24 whiffs to finish with a season-high 12 strikeouts -- one more than he registered in his previous start last Wednesday against Colorado. The veteran lefty did seem to fade a bit near the end of his outing, walking two batters with two outs in the seventh inning, but he convinced manager Dave Roberts -- who had ventured out to the mound -- to let him finish that frame, which he did with a punchout of Otto Kemp. It's been an uneven first season in Los Angeles for Snell, who missed four months earlier in the campaign due to a shoulder issue. However, he seems to be peaking at the right time, posting 13 scoreless innings with a 24:4 K:BB over his past two starts with the playoffs just around the corner.

Snell was overpowering in the win, feeding his 11 strikeouts with a whopping 22 whiffs. Both of the hits Colorado managed off the southpaw were harmless singles. Snell snapped a three-start losing streak with the victory to even his season record. The veteran hurler missed four months earlier this season due to a shoulder injury, but he seems fully healthy now, tossing a season-high 104 pitches Wednesday. He's next projected to take the mound at home against Philadelphia.
