The Indians expect to recall lefty Chris Seddon from Triple-A Columbus for Sunday's start against Detroit, the club announced via Twitter.
Seddon last appeared in the majors with Seattle in 2010, posting a 5.64 ERA and 5.32 FIP in 22.1 innings out of the bullpen. He owns a career 7.03 ERA in 39.2 innings. However, he's having his best professional season as a starter with Columbus this year, notching a 3.44 ERA and 3.84 FIP in 20 starts. However, at 29 years old, Seddon is many years removed from prospect status.
