On Sunday night, the Milwaukee Brewers and Atlanta Braves will square off in Williamsport, Pa., for the latest installment of the Little League Classic.

Williamsport is famously the home of the Little League World Series, and during that tournament, MLB, with the exception of the COVID-compromised 2020 campaign, has every year since 2017 held a regular-season game in town. That game is the Little League Classic, and it's largely attended by Little League World Series players and their families. This year's classic is the first for the Brewers and the Braves.

The event will also honor Hank Aaron, who played for both franchises across his legendary career, and his "Keep Swinging" mantra that's perfect for young players.

Now here's what you need to know about one of the most popular dates on the MLB calendar for 2026.

Date: Sunday, Aug. 23 | Time: 7:00 p.m. ET

In addition to the unique nature of the contest, it's also an important one for both teams. The Brewers boast the best record in baseball and are trying to fend off the back-to-back champion Dodgers and secure home-field advantage throughout the postseason. At the same time, the Brewers are keeping one eye on the second-place Cubs in the NL Central. As for the Braves, they're feeling the heat from the Phillies in the NL East race. The Brewers will be going for the sweep in this one, and the Braves have dropped five of their last six and badly need a win.
