Leon Draisaitl C | EDM
Oilers' Leon Draisaitl: Bounces back with two helpers
Draisaitl recorded two assists, including one on the power play, and placed two shots on net in Saturday's 4-0 win over the Islanders.
After being blanked on the scoresheet for just the second time this season in Wednesday's clash, Draisaitl got back on the right foot by adding two helpers to Saturday's big win. With his pair of apples, the 31-year-old forward is up to 14 assists, 26 points and 50 shots on net over 14 appearances this season. He trails only his linemate Connor McDavid in points across the entire NHL, proving that Draisaitl is a force to be reckoned with regardless of his placement in the Oilers' lineup. The 13-year NHL veteran should continue to challenge the 100-point mark annually for the foreseeable future. If he can stay healthy across the entire 2026-27 campaign, Draisaitl could flirt with the 120-point mark for the second time in his career.

Jason Dickinson C | EDM
Oilers' Jason Dickinson: Strikes empty-net goal
Dickinson notched an empty-net goal and dished out two hits in Saturday's 4-0 win over the Islanders.
Dickinson found the back of the Islanders' empty net to secure his first goal of the 2026-27 campaign. Across five contests this season, the 31-year-old center is up to three points, a plus-2 rating, five shots on net, nine hits and four blocked shots. Dickinson has tallied a point in each of his two appearances since returning from an undisclosed injury. While injuries have kept him out of the lineup for a decent chunk of the last three seasons, he's displayed promising two-way value as a member of the Oilers' third line when healthy this season. He's best left on waivers for the time being, but he could work his way onto the fantasy radar if his current point streak continues to build.

Vasily Podkolzin RW | EDM
Oilers' Vasily Podkolzin: Finds twine on Halloween
Podkolzin scored a goal and put two shots on net in Saturday's 4-0 win over the Islanders.
Podkolzin's career-best start continued Saturday, as he found the back of the net midway through the second period to double the Oilers' lead. With Saturday's twine finder, the 25-year-old winger is up to nine goals, 14 points, 31 shots on net, 50 hits and eight blocked shots over 14 appearances this season. His strong start has him on pace to shatter his current career-high point total of 37, which he compiled across 82 regular-season games a year ago. As a two-way threat who ranks in the league's top-15 skaters in hits, Podkolzin is a top waiver-wire addition across most fantasy formats for the foreseeable future.

Ryan Nugent-Hopkins C | EDM
Oilers' Ryan Nugent-Hopkins: Deposits two goals in win
Nugent-Hopkins tallied two goals, including one on the power-play, placed two shots on net and served two PIM in Saturday's 4-0 win over the Islanders.
Nugent-Hopkins' Halloween afternoon was much more of a treat than a trick, as he recorded his first multi-goal game of the 2026-27 campaign. Both of his tallies came in the second period, with the latter of his pair of goals being on the power play. Overall, the 33-year-old center is up to three goals, seven points and 14 shots on net across five outings this season. After a few lackluster seasons since his 104-point outburst during the 2022-23 campaign, Nugent-Hopkins is on pace to get back to his previous high-level form. Since returning from his lower-body injury, he's recorded three multi-point games. Nugent-Hopkins is an excellent waiver-wire add in all point-based fantasy formats given his hot start and placement on the Oilers' top power-play unit.

Ilya Sorokin G | NYI
Islanders' Ilya Sorokin: Yields three goals in loss
Sorokin turned away 20 of 23 shots on goal in Saturday's 4-0 loss to the Oilers.
While Sorokin didn't bring his best stuff in Saturday's clash, he was also left on an island by his offense, which was kept off the scoreboard for the first time this season. Outside a rough second period, the 31-year-old Sorokin kept the Isles' net tidy. Overall, he now holds a 6-4-0 record, a 2.41 GAA, one shutout and a .911 save percentage across 10 appearances this season. Despite alternating results over his past four contests, Sorokin remains a clear No. 1 fantasy option between the pipes due to his expected workload and proven success over numerous full seasons. His next opportunity to bounce back is Thursday against the reigning Stanley Cup champs.

Tristan Jarry G | EDM
Oilers' Tristan Jarry: Cruises to shutout
Jarry stopped all 18 shots on net he saw in Saturday's 4-0 shutout win over the Islanders.
After an up and down start to the 2026-27 campaign, Jarry has stepped up his game as of late, earning his second consecutive win and first shutout of the season in Saturday's game. Overall, the 31-year-old backstop is up to a 4-1-2 record, a 2.53 GAA and a .901 save percentage across seven outings this season. With Devon Levi (undisclosed) on injured reserve and Frederik Andersen (knee) still on the injured non-roster list, Jarry should continue to command the opportunities between the pipes for Edmonton, raising his fantasy value until Levi is set to return. Jarry is unbeaten in regulation over his last three outings, making him a solid streaming option in most leagues for the time being.

John-Jason Peterka RW | BOS
Bruins' JJ Peterka: Two helpers in Saturday's OT win
Peterka picked up two assists while adding four shots on net and a plus-3 rating in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over Chicago.
Both helpers came late in the third period on tallies by Mason Lohrei and Morgan Geekie, as Boston rallied from a 4-2 deficit to tie it up. Peterka has three multi-point efforts in the last 10 games, a stretch in which the 24-year-old winger has collected two goals and nine points with 22 shots on net, nine hits and a stellar plus-10 rating.

Michael DiPietro G | BOS
Bruins' Michael DiPietro: Hangs on for OT win
DiPietro stopped 37 shots in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over Chicago.
The visitors out-shot the Bruins 28-13 through two periods, but DiPietro kept things tied up until a wild third period that saw the teams trade two-goal bursts. The 27-year-old then got rewarded for his efforts when Elias Lindholm potted the winner in OT. DiPietro has won three straight starts as Jeremy Swayman's backup, allowing six goals on 97 shots (.959 save percentage) during his winning streak.

Filip Forsberg LW | NSH
Predators' Filip Forsberg: Fourth straight multi-point game
Forsberg picked up two helpers in a 5-4 shootout victory against Tampa Bay on Saturday.
One of the assists came on the power play. It was Forsberg's fourth consecutive multi-point game (four goals, five assists). He has a four-game power-play streak, too (three PPG, three PPA). Overall, Forsberg has been a fantasy force this season. He's a top-20 NHL scorer with five snipes, 12 assists and seven power-play points in 14 games so far. That puts him on pace for his first 100-plus point season.

Justus Annunen G | NSH
Predators' Justus Annunen: Second straight win
Annunen made 22 saves before stopping all four Tampa Bay attempts in the shootout in a 5-4 win on Saturday.
It was Annunen's second consecutive win, but he's still just 2-1-0 in three starts this season. And his 3.89 GAA and .846 save percentage aren't spot-start worthy. Annunen is a placeholder this season; we'll see if he can develop further or simply slide farther into fantasy obscurity.
