  • Flames' Yegor Sharangovich: Finds twine Sunday

Sharangovich scored a goal and went plus-2 in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Canucks.

Sharangovich stretched the Flames' lead to 4-1 late in the second period. He's earned three points over four games since he was scratched for a pair of contests due to poor performance. His goal Sunday also snapped a nine-game drought. Overall, the 27-year-old forward has seven points, 27 shots on net and a minus-9 rating through 20 appearances in a middle-six role this season.

  • Morgan Frost C | CGY

Flames' Morgan Frost: Tallies tying goal

Frost scored a goal in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Canucks.

Frost has collected two goals and three helpers over his last five games while seeing top-line minutes at even strength. The 26-year-old center tied the game at 1-1 in the first period. For the season, he's up to five goals, 13 points, 45 shots on net, 14 hits, 14 PIM and an even plus-minus rating over 24 appearances. Frost probably won't score like a typical top-line player, but he should be consistent enough to warrant a look in deeper fantasy formats.

  • Blake Coleman LW | MIN

Flames' Blake Coleman: Pair of points in Sunday's win

Coleman scored a shorthanded goal on two shots, dished an assist, added two PIM, logged two hits and went plus-2 in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Canucks.

Coleman snapped a four-game point drought, and this was his first multi-point effort since Oct. 26 versus the Rangers. The 33-year-old forward has eight goals, this season, including two while shorthanded. He's at 10 points, 54 shots on net, 54 hits, 12 PIM, 17 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating over 24 appearances.

  • Bruins' Morgan Geekie: Pots goal in loss

Geekie scored a goal on six shots and added two hits in Sunday's 3-1 loss to the Sharks.

Geekie solved Yaroslav Askarov midway through the third period, but the Bruins weren't able to tie the game. Over the first three games of this road trip, Geekie has scored five of the Bruins' six goals. The 27-year-old forward has 17 goals -- tied for the league lead with Nathan MacKinnon again -- and six assists over 24 appearances. Geekie has added 65 shots on net, 44 hits and a minus-7 rating. The finishing touch is remarkable, but Geekie's also shooting 26.2 percent, which isn't going to last forever.

  • Sharks' Macklin Celebrini: One of each Sunday

Celebrini scored a power-play goal on five shots, added an assist and went plus-2 in Sunday's 3-1 win over the Bruins.

Celebrini has four goals and four assists during his five-game point streak. He's found the scoresheet in nine out of 11 contests in November as he continues to be among the best scorers in the league. For the season, the 19-year-old is at 14 goals, 20 helpers, 67 shots on net and a plus-5 rating through 23 appearances. It won't take him long to surpass his rookie-year total of 63 points -- the sky's the limit for the talented teenager.

  • Avalanche's Alex Barre-Boulet: Pots pair for AHL club

Barre-Boulet scored two goals in AHL Colorado's 5-2 win over Tucson on Sunday.

Barre-Boulet continues to be among the most consistent AHL scorers, and he's up to six goals and 15 points through 18 outings this season. He's topped the 60-point mark in four of his eight campaigns in the AHL, and he could push for similar production this year. He's yet to show the same level of scoring in the NHL, and at 28 years old, he's unlikely to get a call-up unless the Avalanche face a rough stretch of injuries.

  • Rory Kerins C | CGY

Flames' Rory Kerins: Three-point outing Sunday

Kerins scored twice and added an assist in AHL Calgary's 5-4 overtime win over Coachella Valley on Sunday.

He got a brief stint in the NHL as a reward for his strong start to the year, but Kerins was bumped back to the minors when the Flames claimed John Beecher. That hasn't discouraged Kerins, who has five points over three games since he returned to the Wranglers. The forward is at seven goals, 19 points, 40 shots on net and a plus-2 rating through 16 AHL appearances. He should be an option for call-ups later in the year if the Flames need to replenish their depth.

  • Avalanche's Tristen Nielsen: Optioned to minors

Nielsen was reassigned to AHL Colorado on Sunday.

Nielsen recorded his first career NHL point in Sunday's 1-0 win over the Blackhawks. The 25-year-old had the lone helper on Cale Makar's ninth goal of the season at the 18:21 mark of the second period. Considering the Avalanche currently have four injured forwards on the roster, Nielsen will probably be summoned from the minors again ahead of Wednesday's home game versus the Sharks.

  • Ryan McLeod C | BUF

Sabres' Ryan McLeod: Pair of helpers Sunday

McLeod distributed two assists and blocked two shots in Sunday's 4-1 win over Carolina.

McLeod had the primary helper on each of the Sabres' first two goals, scored by Alex Tuch and Jack Quinn. With the pair of apples, McLeod is up to eight assists, 13 points and 31 shots on net through 22 games this season. After an up-and-down start to the season, the 26-year-old center is on the rise again with back-to-back multi-point performances. He's been a strong developing option for the Sabres over the past two seasons and is on track to challenge last season's career high of 53 points. With both Josh Norris (upper body) and Jiri Kulich (ear) on injured reserve, McLeod should continue to skate top-six minutes for the Sabres, which gives him decent fantasy value in deep leagues.

  • Sabres' Tage Thompson: Goal streak at six games

Thompson scored an empty-net goal and placed two shots on target in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Hurricanes.

Thompson's empty-net tally brought his goal streak up to six games. With the twine finder, the 28-year-old center has 12 goals, 21 points and 84 shots on net through 22 appearances this season. During his impressive run of play, he has six goals and nine points in his last six contests. Thompson's shooting percentage has skyrocketed during the goal streak and currently sits at 14.1 percent, which is close to his career average. Fantasy managers who drafted him have been rewarded for their patience, as Buffalo's top-line center has shown no signs of slowing down lately. Regardless of when his streak ends, Thompson could be on his way to hitting the 80-point mark for the second time in his career if he can stay healthy.
