  • Jaylen Waddle WR | DEN

Dolphins' Jaylen Waddle: One catch against Jags

Waddle recorded one catch on one target for eight yards in Saturday's 14-6 preseason win over the Jaguars.

Waddle played along with most of Miami's healthy starting offensive unit and was on the field for three possessions. He made his lone catch on the final drive on a pass delivered by Tua Tagovailoa, and Waddle will now turn his focus toward a Week 1 matchup against the Colts.

  • Chimere Dike WR | TEN

Titans' Chimere Dike: Limited impact in preseason finale

Dike recorded one catch on two targets for one yard in Friday's 23-13 preseason win over the Vikings.

Dike wasn't a starter even with Calvin Ridley (soreness) sidelined, and the former appears to be working clearly behind fellow rookie Elic Ayomanor. There's little question that Dike will make the roster, but his primary role could initially come on special teams. Per Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com, coach Brian Callahan praised Dike for his work as a returner following Friday's contest, which was highlighted by a 36-yard kick return.

  • Romeo Doubs WR | NE

Packers' Romeo Doubs: Touchdown grab in preseason win

Doubs recorded one catch on one target for one yard and a touchdown in Saturday's 20-7 preseason win over the Seahawks.

Doubs played for two offensive possessions along with other starters such as Matthew Golden, Tucker Kraft and Josh Jacobs. He caught his touchdown on a slant route on a pass from Malik Willis, who started the game for Green Bay. Most importantly, Doubs looks ready for the Packers' Week 1 matchup against the Lions after working through a back injury for much of the last two weeks.

  • Isaac TeSlaa WR | DET

Lions' Isaac TeSlaa: Another impressive preseason TD

TeSlaa caught both his targets for 41 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 26-7 preseason loss to the Texans.

The 2025 third-round pick wrapped up his dazzling preseason with another big play, connecting with Kyle Allen on a 33-yard TD strike late in the first quarter. TeSlaa has done everything possible to lock up a spot on the 53-man roster, and while he may begin the season as the No. 5 wideout, his trajectory to begin his career suggests it may not be long before he surpasses veterans Tim Patrick and Kalif Raymond to claim the No. 3 role behind Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams.

  • Packers' Matthew Golden: Makes long catch

Golden made one catch on two targets for 39 yards in Saturday's 20-7 preseason win over the Seahawks.

Golden played on the first two offensive possessions along with many of Green Bay's top skill-position players, such as Josh Jacobs, Romeo Doubs and Tucker Kraft. He made a long contested catch down the right sideline on a throw from Malik Willis, showcasing his playmaking ability that will be a welcomed addition to the Packers' receiving corps. Golden looks locked into an immediate role as a starting outside receiver heading into a Week 1 matchup against the Lions.

  • Curtis Samuel WR | BUF

Bills' Curtis Samuel: Comes down with illness

Samuel (hamstring) missed Saturday's preseason game in Tampa Bay due to an illness, Sal Capaccio of WGR Sports Radio 550 Buffalo reports.

Samuel didn't make the trip from Buffalo with his teammates, which was the reason he wasn't spotted with the rest of the Bills' wide receivers during warmups. He missed almost three weeks of practice due to a hamstring injury before returning to the field as a limited participant as of Aug. 15. Considering the Bills would incur a $8.635 million dead cap hit if he's cut this coming week, Samuel appears certain to included among the Bills' initial 53-man roster.

  • Jayden Higgins WR | HOU

Texans' Jayden Higgins: Two grabs in Saturday's win

Higgins caught both his targets for 18 yards in Saturday's 26-7 preseason win over the Lions.

The Texans rested their starters, including Nico Collins and Christian Kirk, for their final exhibition contest, and Higgins made only a brief cameo on the team's first two drives before exiting. The 2025 second-round pick seems locked into the No. 3 spot on the depth chart due to Tank Dell (knee) still lacking a timeline for his return, and it's a role that could result in significant volume for Higgins in a high-ceiling passing game led by C.J. Stroud.

  • Jake Bobo WR | SEA

    Seahawks' Jake Bobo: Suffers concussion

Bobo suffered a concussion in Saturday's preseason loss to the Packers, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

Bobo was fielding a punt toward the end of the first half when his own teammate was blocked into him, causing a fumble. Prior to exiting, Bobo caught his lone target for a gain of 12 yards. The 27-year-old wideout is jockeying for positioning on Seattle's wideout depth chart behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Cooper Kupp.

  • Curtis Samuel WR | BUF

Bills' Curtis Samuel: Not in line to play Saturday

Samuel (hamstring) isn't in uniform ahead of Saturday's preseason game at Tampa Bay, Jay Skurski of The Buffalo News reports.

Samuel began sitting out at practice in late July due to a hamstring injury and only returned to the field in a limited capacity as of Aug. 15. He thus won't see any preseason action as a result of the health concern. Samuel has $6.91 million guaranteed on his current deal, and the Bills would take on $8.635 million in dead money if he gets cut this coming week, so he seems like a lock to be on the team's 53-man roster to kick off the campaign.

  • Rashid Shaheed WR | SEA

Saints' Rashid Shaheed: Two grabs in preseason finale

Shaheed brought in two of three targets of 14 yards in the Saints' 28-19 preseason loss to the Broncos on Saturday afternoon.

Shaheed took the field for the Saints' first three possessions with Spencer Rattler as his quarterback and recorded multiple grabs for the second straight preseason contest. The speedy Weber State product should once again serve as one of the Saints' most potent downfield weapons in 2025, although working with either Rattler and the even more inexperienced Tyler Shough could certainly cap Shaheed's upside somewhat.
