Conklin caught four of his six targets for 58 yards in Sunday's 23-20 loss to Kansas City.

The veteran tight end's six targets finished behind only top wideout Garrett Wilson's 14 on Sunday, and his night would have been even bigger has C.J. Uzomah not vultured a one-yard TD in the second quarter. Conklin has alternated modest and poor receiving totals through four games, resulting in him being a low-end option for fantasy purposes. He also has yet to be targeted in the red zone, a trend that hurts his potential heading into next Sunday's matchup against Denver.

Ertz finished with six receptions on 10 targets for 53 yards in Sunday's 35-16 loss to San Francisco.

Ertz returned to form after last week's two-catch dud, recording six catches for the third time through four games to start the season. The usually sure-handed tight end could have scored his first touchdown of 2023 had he not let a well-placed pass from quarterback Joshua Dobbs slip through his hands in the end zone Sunday. Ertz will look to correct his mistake and hit pay dirt when the Cardinals face the Bengals next Sunday.

Kittle caught his lone target for nine yards in Sunday's 35-16 win over the Cardinals.

Kittle was unable to build off of his strong Week 3 performance (7-90-0), instead receiving just one target in a game dominated by Christian McCaffrey and the ground game. Kittle selflessly acted as a sixth offensive lineman to help his team to victory, but it resulted in another down fantasy game. The charismatic tight end got off to a similarly slow start last year before rattling off 11 touchdowns over his remaining 11 games. Kittle's fantasy managers are hoping for that kind of turnaround when the 49ers and Cowboys are featured on Sunday Night Football in Week 5.

Kelce finished with six receptions on nine targets for 60 yards in Sunday's 23-20 win over the Jets.

The buzz surrounding Kelce and new acquaintance Taylor Swift carried over to Week 5 with the pop star in attendance for Sunday's matchup. Unfortunately for Kelce's fantasy managers, he was unable to recreate last week's touchdown grab. Patrick Mahomes was not in sync with his top receiving option on a couple of miscues, one of which resulted in an interception. Kelce still produced a respectable receiving line while finishing as Mahomes' most-targeted receiver. Kansas City's superstar duo will look to get back on track in a favorable matchup against Minnesota next Sunday.

Kincaid brought in four of five targets for 27 yards in the Bills' 48-20 win over the Dolphins on Sunday.

The rookie finished second in receptions and targets to Stefon Diggs on the afternoon for the Bills, and he outpaced position mate Dawson Knox by three catches and targets apiece. Kincaid has seemingly already developed into Josh Allen's preferred pass-catching option at tight end, as he now has 15 receptions for 99 yards on 17 targets, while teammate Dawson Knox has a more modest eight catches for 58 yards and one touchdown on 13 targets. Kincaid's next opportunity to build on an encouraging start to his career comes in a Week 5 matchup versus the Jaguars in London.

Otton brought in three of four targets for 13 yards and a touchdown in the Buccaneers' 26-9 win over the Saints on Sunday.

The second-year tight end worked himself free for his first touchdown of the season, a four-yard grab in traffic just past the midway point of the second quarter. Otton has mostly been a complementary option in the air attack as expected -- he's recorded three receptions or fewer in three of four games -- but he could enjoy a larger role in a Week 6 matchup against the Lions following a Week 5 bye if No. 1 wideout Mike Evans is unable to suit up due to the hamstring injury that caused his early exit Sunday.

Ferguson recorded seven receptions on seven targets for 77 yards in Sunday's 38-3 win over the Patriots.

Ferguson has been a favorite check-down option for Dak Prescott early this season, and that was no different Sunday as he led the team in targets, receptions and yards. He was a significant contributor to the offense early in the game, as he racked up 50 of his 77 yards within the first four offensive possessions. Ferguson now has seven targets in three of four contests this season, and he's been trusted in more of a downfield role in the last two weeks.

Henry recorded four receptions on five targets for 51 yards in Sunday's 38-3 loss to the Cowboys.

Henry was one of the few bright spots for New England, as he led the team in targets, receptions and yards. He also accounted for three of the Patriots' longest gains of the day, which went for 21, 14 and 12 yards. Henry has at least five targets in every game this season and has topped 50 receiving yards in three of four contests.

Lewis caught his lone target for eight yards in the Bears' 31-28 loss to the Broncos on Sunday.

Lewis is a blocking specialist who saw his first target of the season. It's unlikely he earns a regular role as a receiver unless his role changes.

Tonyan caught two passes for 18 yards in the Bears' 31-28 loss to the Broncos on Sunday.

Tonyan's two receptions were his first catches of the season. As the clear No. 2 tight end behind Cole Kmet, Tonyan will likely struggle to see consistent target volume.
