  • Packers' Christine Michael: Scores long touchdown in Chicago

Michael rushed four times for 45 yards and a touchdown, but he wasn't targeted in the passing game Sunday in Chicago.

Michael did most of his damage on a 42-yard touchdown run in the third quarter. Ty Montgomery worked as the primary back in James Starks' (concussion) absence, but Michael played well in a limited role. Still, he doesn't get enough work to warrant fantasy consideration in most formats.

  • Terrance West RB | BAL

Ravens' Terrance West: Tallies 122 yards in win

West rushed for 77 yards on 13 carries and added 45 yards on four catches in Sunday's win over the Eagles.

Last week, West posted his lowest touch total and second lowest yardage total of the season. It was fair to wonder if the Ravens' offense was being turned over to rookie Kenneth Dixon. West took back his mantle on Sunday, putting together his highest touch total since Week 10 and his first 100-yard game since Week 6. Expect tougher sledding next week against a stout Steelers defense that limited West to 27 total yards earlier this year.

  • Shane Vereen RB | NO

Giants' Shane Vereen: Two carries and two catches

Vereen had two carries for 11 yards and two catches for nine yards Sunday.

With the emergence of Paul Perkins behind starter Rashad Jennings, Vereen's snap-count upside is modest, but he'll touch the ball, especially as a pass catcher out of the backfield, when he's in the game.

  • Eagles' Kenjon Barner: Injures hamstring Sunday

Barner is questionable to return to Sunday's game at Baltimore due to a hamstring injury.

With Darren Sproles (concussion) sidelined, Barner was the Eagles' de facto No. 2 running back Sunday, turning three carries into six yards and corralling two of six passes for 25 yards. If Barner is unable to return, Ryan Mathews should dominate the rushing attack, though Byron Marshall could earn some touches when the veteran requires a breather.

  • Lions' Dwayne Washington: Expected to start Sunday

Washington is expected to start Sunday's contest against the Giants in New York, Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Although Zach Zenner was able to emerge from the concussion protocol, Washington shouldn't have much trouble receiving touches in a backfield without the services of Theo Riddick (wrist) for a second straight game. The Giants have allowed at least 100 rushing yards to running backs in back-to-back contests, but those opponents boasted Le'Veon Bell and Ezekiel Elliott in the lead roles. More than likely, Washington will find the going tough against a defense that allowed 83.6 yards per game on the ground and nine touchdowns to RBs over the first 11 outings of the season.

  • Zach Zenner RB | NO

    Lions' Zach Zenner: Available Sunday

Zenner (concussion) is active for Sunday's game against the Giants in New York, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.

Although he'll avoid the inactive list one week removed from sustaining a concussion, Zenner's workload could be capped in order to avoid a setback. No matter the approach employed by the Lions, Dwayne Washington is poised to handle the bulk of the work out of the backfield with Theo Riddick (wrist) out of commission.

  • Knile Davis RB | PIT

Chiefs' Knile Davis: Inactive for Week 15

Davis (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Titans, BJ Kissel of Chiefs.com reports.

Since rejoining the Chiefs after brief stints with the Packers and Jets this season, Davis will remain inactive for the third straight week. Unless the Chiefs lose either Spencer Ware or Charcandrick West to injury, it doesn't look as though Davis will have an opportunity to pick up snaps in Kansas City.

  • Matt Asiata RB | DET

Vikings' Matt Asiata: Active for Week 15 versus Colts

Asiata (ankle) is officially active for Sunday's Week 15 tilt versus the Colts.

The Vikings thus will deploy a three-headed backfield that will be helmed by the returning Adrian Peterson. Jerrick McKinnon and Asiata will presumably divvy up any leftover carries, the amount of which will largely depend on Peterson's durability and health during the contest.

  • Shane Vereen RB | NO

Giants' Shane Vereen: Suiting up after clearing concussion protocol

Vereen (concussion) is active Sunday against the Lions.

Vereen was back in action last week for the first time since Week 3, but sustained a concussion after just three offensive snaps. The 27-year-old cleared the league's concussion protocol Saturday, however, putting him in line to suit up for the Week 15 home matchup. Though active, don't expect Vereen to be a major factor in the team's offensive game plan after logging limited practices all week. Rashad Jennings and Paul Perkins are expected to lead the team's backfield Sunday, both of whom produced 15 carries for 45 yards last week against Dallas.

  • Packers' Christine Michael: Active in Week 15

Michael (illness) is active for Sunday's game in Chicago.

Impacted by an illness this week, Michael will be available to the Packers' ground game for the fourth consecutive contest. While he may not benefit from James Starks' (concussion) absence due to Ty Montgomery's elevation to lead back, touches will still be there for Michael due to the rotation employed by head coach Mike McCarthy.
