Clement played eight special teams snaps and none on offense in Thursday's 34-27 win over the Packers.

Clement returned to the active roster after missing a week with a shoulder injury, but the Jordan Howard/Miles Sanders/ Darren Sproles trio handled all the work on offense. Even prior to the injury, the 24-year-old had seen just three offensive snaps all season. Clement's role will likely be confined to special teams for the foreseeable future.

Homer (quadriceps) is absent from the Seahawks' injury report ahead of Sunday's clash against the Cardinals.

Homer popped up on the injury report after practicing in limited fashion earlier in the week, but looks good to go after logging a full workload Friday. Barring any setbacks, look for him to return to his usual role of providing running back depth and contributing on special teams. He could get a few extra rushes if teammate Rashaad Penny (hamstring) is unable to go.

Coach Matt LaFleur said Williams (head/neck) was "doing well" Friday, when the running back was discharged from a Green Bay-area hospital, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

Williams was in the throes of getting tackled on the Packers' first possession Thursday when Eagles defensive lineman Derek Barnett went shoulder first into the RB, who remained motionless on the field for a time before getting stretchered off. Promptly ruled out with head and neck injuries, Williams stayed the night at the hospital, seemingly as a precautionary measure. The Packers haven't revealed whether or not he suffered a concussion, but it wouldn't surprise if he ultimately heads to the protocol for head injuries.

Penny (hamstring) practiced in a limited capacity Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Arizona, Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune reports. "He had a good week, in preparation for it. He didn't get to work every day this week, but he did finish out the week going. So that's a good sign," coach Pete Carroll said.

Sidelined Week 3 by a strained hamstring, Penny remained a non-participant Wednesday before wrapping up the week with back-to-back capped showings. As intimated by Carroll, the development is a sign that Penny is trending toward a return Sunday. In that scenario, Penny may not receive more than the 9.5 touches per game that he averaged the first two weeks of the season. That said, starter Chris Carson has lost three fumbles through three games, a trend that, if it continues, eventually could vault Penny into a bigger role.

Freeman (shoulder) does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Freeman, who had been limited at practice earlier in the week, is therefore in line to continue to work in tandem with fellow running back Phillip Lindsay, an arrangement that has resulted in Freeman averaging 12 carries for 58 yards (4.8 YPC) through the Broncos' first three games. Freeman has added 10 catches for 63 yards in that span, but is still looking for his first TD of the season. While the timeshare Freeman operates in caps his fantasy upside, he at least has garnered enough volume so far to maintain a decent weekly floor.

Penny (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Arizona, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Penny's return to a limited practice Friday would seem to give him a decent shot at avoiding a second straight absence. There's been chatter of an expanded role once he gets healthy, with Chris Carson losing three fumbles through the first three weeks of the season. In any case, Penny's availability for Week 4 may come down to a game-time decision ahead of Sunday's 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff. The Seahawks have C.J. Prosise and Travis Homer on reserve in the backfield.

Williams is slated for more work out of the Chiefs' backfield with Damien Williams (knee) ruled out for Sunday's contest at Detroit.

With Damien Williams sidelined last Sunday against the Ravens and LeSean McCoy leaving that contest due to an ankle injury, Darrel Williams filled in ably, taking 14 touches for 109 yards from scrimmage while earning 54 percent of the offensive snaps. McCoy likely will start again this weekend, but it'll come after being listed as LP/FP/FP on Chiefs injury reports. No matter how many reps he receives, Darrel Williams seems capable of producing with Patrick Mahomes at the helm.

Singletary (hamstring) was considered limited for the second straight day Friday after missing Wednesday's session and is considered questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.

This is coming down to a typical game-time decision, with those needing to start Singletary at least having the benefit of an early start time. Given how stout the Patriots defense is and the uncertainty as to how the rookie's hamstring will hold up, the entire Buffalo backfield of Singletary, Frank Gore and T.J. Yeldon seems to consist of all high-risk plays this week.

Coach Anthony Lynn hasn't ruled out the possibility that Gordon could suit up Sunday against the Dolphins and play in a limited role, Eric D. Williams of ESPN.com reports.

With Justin Jackson (calf strain) ruled out for the contest, the Chargers have a bit of a depth issue at running back. At this stage, Austin Ekeler, who filled in for Gordon during his lengthy holdout, still seems likely to head the Chargers' Week 4 backfield, with Troymaine Pope available to serve in a complementary role. Additionally, Detrez Newsome could be elevated from the practice squad if the team chooses not to activate Gordon, who is currently on the NFL's two-week exempt list.

Williams (head/neck) said he isn't in any pain, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
