Devin Singletary RB | NYG
Bills' Devin Singletary: Turns six touches into 43 yards
Singletary rushed three times for 17 yards and caught three of four targets for 26 yards in Sunday's 41-15 loss to Indianapolis.
Singletary's 43 scrimmage yards landed him between Matt Breida (67) and Zack Moss (five). Buffalo's backfield was already frustrating enough with just Moss and Singletary splitting carries, but it appears Breida has now forced a three-way timeshare. All three Bills running backs will likely remain involved when the team takes the field in New Orleans on Thanksgiving.

Jerick McKinnon RB | KC
Chiefs' Jerick McKinnon: Not returning Sunday
McKinnon (hamstring) won't return to Sunday's game versus the Chiefs.
McKinnon's only contribution to the box score was a tackle on the opening kickoff, which is no surprise with Clyde Edwards-Helaire back in the lineup after a five-game absence. The Chiefs are left with Edwards-Helaire, Darrel Williams and fullback Michael Burton out of the backfield.

Matt Breida RB | SF
Bills' Matt Breida: Most effective back in loss
Breida rushed five times for 51 yards and caught one of two targets for 16 yards in Sunday's 41-15 loss to Indianapolis.
Breida was by far Buffalo's best running back, finishing with 67 scrimmage yards while Devin Singletary and Zack Moss combined for just 48 yards on nine touches. While Breida's increased role of late is intriguing, his workload will remain limited as long as the Bills continue to rotate three running backs, and Breida's no higher than third in the pecking order for goal-line rushing attempts behind Moss and quarterback Josh Allen. Up next for Breida and the Bills will be a road game in New Orleans on Thanksgiving.

Myles Gaskin RB | SEA
Dolphins' Myles Gaskin: Capitalizes on favorable matchup
Gaskin rushed 23 times for 89 yards while catching three of four targets for seven yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-17 win over the Jets.
Gaskin delivered a strong performance in a workhorse role against a generous Jets defense. He broke a 14-14 tie with a five-yard receiving touchdown in the fourth quarter, and the Dolphins never looked back from there. While his 26 touches were highly encouraging, Gaskin will face a much stiffer test in Week 12 against the Panthers.

Dalvin Cook RB | DAL
Vikings' Dalvin Cook: Sees 25 touches for over 100 yards
Cook rushed 22 times for 86 yards and a touchdown while catching three of four targets for 29 yards in Sunday's 34-31 win over the Packers.
Cook had to grind to extend his 100-yard streak to three games, finishing with a yards-per-carry mark of 3.9 for the second consecutive game. The high volume helped offset the uncharacteristic low efficiency, resulting in a solid fantasy line for the 26-year-old's managers. Next week's matchup against the 49ers would normally project a positive game script for opposing running backs, but the Vikings' cross-country opponent has been on a roll of late. Still, Cook is an elite fantasy option so long as he is healthy.

D'Andre Swift RB | CHI
Lions' D'Andre Swift: Another big effort
Swift recorded 14 carries for 136 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 13-10 loss to the Browns. He added three receptions for zero yards.
Swift had only four carries for 11 yards in the first half, though he came alive in the final two quarters. The highlight came on a 57-yard touchdown rush late in the third quarter, though he also added gains of 19, 13 and 12 yards to rack up production. After failing to top 51 yards on the ground in any game heading into a Week 10 matchup against Pittsburgh, Swift has now combined to produce 266 yards and two scores on the ground in two contests since. Even more encouraging is Swift's production compared to Jamaal Williams, who returned from a two-game absence to tally only seven carries for 11 yards.
-
Jeff Wilson RB | MIA
49ers' Jeff Wilson: Sluggish output
Wilson ran for 50 yards on 19 carries against Jacksonville on Sunday.
Wilson is more steady than explosive and the Jaguars' run defense has been surprisingly competent in 2021, so a disappointing box score like this was always in play for Wilson despite serving as the lead runner for the victors. Elijah Mitchell (finger) clearly offers more explosiveness, but it remains to be seen whether he's available in Week 12 against Minnesota.

Nick Chubb RB | HOU
Browns' Nick Chubb: Tops 140 total yards in return
Chubb carried the ball 22 times for 130 yards in Sunday's 13-10 win over the Lions. He added two receptions for 14 yards and a touchdown.
Chubb returned from a one-game absence and matched his highest carry total of the season. He had six double-digit gains and progressively picked up more chunk yardage as the game moved along. Chubb also made his mark in the receiving game, posting his third multi-catch effort of the campaign as well as his first receiving touchdown since the 2018 season. He's now topped 100 rushing yards in four of his last five games, two of which came while he was sharing the backfield with Kareem Hunt (calf).

Miles Sanders RB | DAL
Eagles' Miles Sanders: Thrives in return to action
Sanders (ankle) rushed 16 times for 94 yards and failed to bring in his only target in the Eagles' 40-29 win over the Eagles on Sunday. He also lost a fumble.
The turnover was a blemish, but Sanders otherwise provided his most encouraging performance of the season under circumstances replete with irony. After receiving plenty of criticism early in the season for Sanders' sparse usage on the ground, head coach Nick Sirianni opted to give the third-year back his heaviest workload of the campaign against a defense that came in ranked as the league's toughest on a yards-per-game basis against the run, and in Sanders' first game back from a three-game absence to boot. Moreover, Sanders then parlayed that opportunity into a season-high tally in rushing yards, certainly giving fantasy managers who stuck with him through his IR stint a welcome surprise. A Week 12 road matchup against the Giants shapes up as his first opportunity to build on what might be a season-changing performance for him.
