Allen (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday night's contest against Buffalo and will be the 49ers' emergency third quarterback, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.

Allen will drop to the No. 3 role at quarterback in Week 13 after completing 17 of 29 passes for 199 yards with a touchdown and an interception in the team's Week 12 loss to the Packers. Joshua Dobbs will operate in the backup role behind Brock Purdy versus the Bills.

Carr completed 24 of 37 pass attempts for 184 yards and a touchdown while rushing twice for 12 yards in Sunday's 21-14 loss to the Rams.

Carr finished with a mediocre fantasy score despite playing mistake-free football in Sunday's loss. The veteran signal-caller didn't hurt deep-league managers after turning in his fourth straight game with at least one touchdown pass and no turnovers. Carr will continue to scratch and claw at fleeting playoff hopes as the 4-8 Saints hit the road to face the Giants next Sunday.

Dobbs is active and will operate as the 49ers' top backup quarterback for Sunday night's matchup with the Bills, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.

Dobbs will take a step up on the depth chart in Week 13 to serve as the No. 2 QB, supplanting Brandon Allen to take over the backup role behind Brock Purdy, who's officially active after missing Week 12 with a shoulder injury.

Stafford completed 14 of 24 pass attempts for 183 yards and two touchdowns while taking four carries for three yards in Sunday's 21-14 win over the Saints.

Stafford orchestrated a pair of fourth-quarter drives that resulted in touchdown passes to Demarcus Robinson (hand) and Puka Nacua, helping lift the Rams back to a .500 record on the season. The 36-year-old Stafford attempted his second-fewest passing attempts of the campaign, but he still helped fantasy managers with his fifth multi-score game over his last six appearances. Stafford and the Rams will prepare to host the Bills in Week 14 when the cross-conference squads meet next Sunday.

Hurts completed 11 of 19 passes for 118 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 24-19 win over the Ravens. He added nine rushing attempts for 29 yards and a touchdown.

Hurts threw a 17-yard touchdown pass to Dallas Goedert (knee) in the second quarter, then added a one-yard rushing touchdown later in the first half to put the Eagles up 14-9. The rushing score came on a tush push, as Hurts fumbled the snap but picked it up and lunged over the goal line for his 12th rushing touchdown in as many games. Hurts surprisingly didn't find much traction through the air against Baltimore's struggling secondary, but the Eagles rode running back Saquon Barkley and the defense to an eighth consecutive win. Hurts' ability to produce with both his arm and legs will make him a strong fantasy option as usual in Week 14 against the Panthers, especially if the Eagles get wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) back from a two-game absence.

Wilson completed 29 of 38 passes for 414 yards, three touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 44-38 win over the Bengals.

Wilson got off to a rough start, as his fourth pass attempt of the game was picked and returned for a score. However, he was nearly mistake-free from there, completing nine passes of 20 yards or more en route to averaging 10.9 yards per attempt. Wilson also threw for multiple scores, which came from 17, 23 and 25 yards away, for the first time since Week 10. Despite the strong showing, Wilson remains a risky fantasy option reliant upon strong efficiency, as this marked just the second time in six starts that he's attempted 30 passes.

Purdy (shoulder) is listed as active Sunday at Buffalo, Lindsey Pallares of the 49ers' official site reports.

Prior to sitting out last Sunday's loss at Green Bay, Purdy barely threw as he dealt with soreness in his right throwing shoulder. He kicked off Week 13 prep in a similar manner to one week prior, but he progressed enough as the week went on to log a full practice Friday and have coach Kyle Shanahan state that the quarterback would return to action Sunday, per Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com. Still, Purdy carried a questionable designation into the weekend. Late Saturday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that Purdy didn't endure any setbacks Friday or Saturday and was expected to reclaim his starting gig, which now has been confirmed. The 5-6 49ers must win to keep pace in the NFC West, as the Seahawks took down the Jets on Sunday to get to 7-5, the Cardinals lost at Minnesota to fall to 6-6, and the Rams won in New Orleans to improve to 6-6. As a result, Purdy's presence is key for San Francisco's playoff push.

Burrow completed 28 of 38 passes for 309 yards, three touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 44-38 loss to the Steelers. He added two rushes for nine yards.

Burrow led another comeback effort that fell short, this time throwing a pair of touchdowns from one and three yards away in the game's final eight minutes. He also completed four passes of at least 20 yards, all of which came in the game's final two quarters. While the effort marked his third straight game with more than 300 yards and fourth straight contest with at least three passing scores, Burrow did make a few critical errors by throwing a pick and losing a pair of fumbles -- the worst of which was a lost fumble that was returned for a touchdown early in the fourth quarter.

Maye completed 24 of 30 passes for 238 yards and a touchdown with an interception in Sunday's 25-24 loss to the Colts. He added 59 rushing yards on five carries and threw a two-point conversion.

It was a mostly efficient performance from the rookie quarterback, but Maye's red-zone INT late in the third quarter ended up being very costly in a one-point loss. He's been picked off at least once in five straight games, posting a 6:6 TD:INT over that stretch, but growing pains are to be expected from the third overall pick in the 2024 Draft. Maye will get a chance to regroup during the Patriots' Week 14 bye.

Smith completed 20 of 31 passes for 206 yards and one touchdown in Sunday's 26-21 win over the Jets. He also rushed twice for two yards.

Smith threw a 12-yard touchdown pass to AJ Barner in the second quarter but finished the first half with just 87 passing yards as the Seahawks took a 21-16 deficit into the locker room despite scoring a defensive touchdown. Seattle came back in the second half thanks to some well-timed penalties on the Jets defense, but Smith didn't produce another score through the air against his former team and finished with his lowest passing yardage total since Week 1. Up next for Smith and the NFC West-leading Seahawks is a pivotal Week 14 road matchup against the Cardinals.
