Titans' Cam Ward: Little production in loss to Browns
Cam Ward completed 20 of 31 passes for 181 yards with an interception in Sunday's 27-24 loss to Cleveland. He added five yards on two carries. While Ward didn't get the ball into the end zone himself, he did move the offense enough to set up Tony Pollard for a three-TD day. The second-year QB has still thrown for under 200 yards in three straight games and six of his seven starts this season, and he'll take a weak 4:5 TD:INT into a Week 8 clash with the Bengals.

Titans' Cam Ward: Quiet in Week 6 win
Cam Ward completed 11 of 22 passes for 102 yards and one touchdown with one interception in Sunday's 26-20 win over the Colts. He added seven yards on three carries. The second-year QB put together his least productive game of the season, but Ward did connect with Carnell Tate for an eight-yard score in the fourth quarter. The Tennessee Titans' special teams units accounted for the rest of their points in the team's first win of the year on four Joey Slye field goals and a blocked punt return for a TD. Ward has failed to reach 200 passing yards in five of six games to begin the season with a 4:4 TD:INT, giving him little fantasy appeal heading into a Week 7 tilt against the Browns.

Titans' Cam Ward: Little success in Week 5 rout
Cam Ward completed 23 of 36 passes for 170 yards and an interception in Sunday's 26-3 loss to the Texans. He added two yards on his lone carry. The second-year QB led the Tennessee Titans to a 30-yard Joey Slye field goal on their first possession and then had trouble even getting the ball into Texans territory the rest of the game. Ward does have a 63.2 percent completion rate through five games, a step up from his 59.8 percent mark as a rookie, but it comes with just a 3:3 TD:INT and 5.8 YPA as the rest of his numbers regress. Per Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com, coach Robert Saleh said after the game that he's given no thought to replacing Ward under center, and the 0-5 Titans wouldn't have a lot to gain by switching to veteran backup Mitchell Trubisky as they muddle through a rebuild. Ward will try to find some confidence in a Week 6 road trip to Indianapolis.

Titans' Cam Ward: Comeback falls short in Baltimore
Cam Ward completed 20 of 31 passes for 222 yards and one touchdown with one interception in Sunday's 24-18 loss to the Ravens. He added 27 yards on four carries, and threw a two-point conversion. The Tennessee Titans were down 24-7 at halftime, but with Lamar Jackson (ankle) forced to the sideline, Ward was nearly able to engineer a comeback. The second-year QB found Wan'Dale Robinson for a three-yard score inside the final two minutes of the fourth quarter, but an onside kick attempt didn't succeed and Ward never got the ball back. He still has a modest 3:2 TD:INT through four games, with another two touchdowns on the ground, and his 222 passing yards Sunday were a season high, but Ward might be building some momentum heading into a Week 5 home tilt against the Texans.

Titans' Cam Ward: Can't engineer comeback in Week 3 loss
Cam Ward completed 23 of 36 passes for 181 yards and a touchdown with an interception in Sunday's 12-7 loss to the Giants. He added two rushing yards on one carry. For a third straight game to begin the season, Ward failed to reach 200 passing yards, and his first turnover of 2026 came at the worst possible time. With the Tennessee Titans in the red zone and looking for a game-winning touchdown inside the final minute of the fourth quarter, Ward lofted a pass into the end zone that Jevon Holland picked off. The second-year QB has seen a marginal improvement in his completion rate from the 59.8 percent he posted as a rookie, but Ward has produced just four TDs (two passes, two rushing) through three games. He'll likely need to up his output significantly in Week 4 against the Ravens if the Titans are going to have a chance at an upset.

Titans' Cam Ward: Nearly wins game with legs Sunday
Cam Ward completed 13 of 20 passes for 183 yards without a touchdown or interception in Sunday's 24-20 loss to the Eagles. He added seven rushing yards and two TDs on four carries. The second-year QB couldn't get much going through the air against Philly's stingy secondary, but Ward accounted for both his team's touchdowns with one-yard scores in the first and third quarters -- matching his rushing TD total from his rookie campaign. Ward doesn't appear to be taking a step forward as a passer, however, and through two weeks he has just 323 passing yards, a 61.5 percent completion rate and one touchdown, although he has avoided committing any turnovers so far in 2026. Ward will look to be a little sharper through the air in a Week 3 road tilt against the Giants.

Titans' Cam Ward: Just 140 passing yards in loss
Cam Ward completed 19 of 32 passes for 140 yards and a touchdown while rushing four times for 21 yards in Sunday's 23-10 loss to the Jets.Ward was under siege all afternoon from a surprisingly effective Jets pass rush, and New York controlled the clock with the running game while stymying Tennessee's offense until late in the fourth quarter. Ward had just 85 passing yards until the Tennessee Titans' final drive, on which he threw for 55 yards, including an 11-yard touchdown pass to Elic Ayomanor. New starting wide receivers Carnell Tate and Wan'Dale Robinson tied for the team lead with 38 receiving yards apiece, but those offseason additions haven't yet seemed to meaningfully improve Tennessee's passing game after Ward averaged an underwhelming 186.4 passing yards per game during a 3-14 rookie season. The 2025 first overall pick will try to rebound in a daunting Week 2 matchup against the Eagles.

Titans' Cam Ward: Working out kinks with Daboll
New offensive coordinator Brian Daboll has worked with Cam Ward to hone in his decision making ahead of the 2026 season, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports. The first overall pick in the 2025 Draft, Ward started all 17 regular-season games as a rookie, completing 323 of 540 passes (59.8 percent) for 3,169 yards, 15 touchdowns and seven interceptions while turning 39 carries into 159 yards and two more TDs. He also fumbled 11 times, losing seven of them. The Tennessee Titans added WR Carnell Tate in the first round of this year's draft and also signed WR Wan'Dale Robinson to a four-year, $70 million deal in the offseason, so Ward does have a bit more support as he enters his second pro campaign. Whether or not that helps Ward cut down on mistakes remains to be seen.

Titans' Cam Ward: Underwhelming preseason continues
Cam Ward completed eight of 12 passes for 69 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 19-16 preseason win over the Seahawks.Ward put forward a second consecutive uninspiring preseason performance, as the Tennessee Titans trailed Seattle's backups 16-3 after his three drives in the game. He also had the ball knocked out of his hands while scrambling for a fumble out of bounds that went down as a sack. The 2025 first overall pick has averaged just 5.3 yards per pass attempt while failing to throw a touchdown pass this preseason. Tennessee will wrap up preseason play Saturday against the Bears.

Titans' Cam Ward: Uneven performance in preseason opener
Cam Ward completed five of 12 targets for 57 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions and rushed once for two yards in the Tennessee Titans' 19-13 preseason win over the 49ers on Thursday.Ward's final line underscores his inconsistent performance as he officially began game preparations for his second season. The 2025 first overall pick played on the Titans' first three drives, and he helped lead Tennessee to a touchdown on its opening possession with a marathon 11-play, 95-yard drive that featured 18- and 16-yard completions to Calvin Ridley and Gunnar Helm, respectively. Those two throws served as the highlights of Ward's night, and he'll aim for more efficiency in his second preseason game on Sunday, Aug. 23 at home against the defending champion Seahawks.
