Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence: Tosses two TDs in Week 5 win
Trevor Lawrence completed 24 of 39 passes for 331 yards and two touchdowns with one interception in Sunday's 19-17 win over the Eagles. He added 25 rushing yards on three carries and lost one of two fumbles. Both TDs went to Parker Washington, a 51-yard catch-and-run in the first quarter and then a 27-yard score in the fourth on a spectacular one-handed grab by the wideout. It was the first time this season Lawrence had committed a fumble or committed multiple turnovers in a game, but he compensated with a season high in passing yards. Lawrence will take a 10:3 TD:INT through five contests into a Week 6 clash with the Texans.

Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence: Efficient, mistake-free in win
Trevor Lawrence completed 18 of 23 passes for 227 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions while adding three carries for no gain in the Jacksonville Jaguars' 22-17 win over the Bengals on Sunday. While Lawrence saw opposite number Joe Burrow nearly double his passing production with a gaudy 428-yard total, it was the former who guided his team to victory with a highly efficient and turnover-free effort. Lawrence averaged an impressive 9.9 yards per attempt and weathered a quartet of sacks while connecting with seven different targets on the afternoon. The 2021 first overall pick had to resort to relying heavily on tight end Brenton Strange (7-95-0 on eight targets) as Cincinnati effectively took away Lawrence's wide receivers for most of the afternoon, but the talented signal-caller did hit Brian Thomas from seven yards out in the second quarter for his one touchdown toss of the afternoon. Lawrence looks to be hitting on all cylinders to open his second season in Liam Coen's offense, taking a 69.2 percent completion rate, 843 passing yards and an 8:2 TD:INT into a Week 5 London showdown against the Eagles next Sunday.

Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence: Big downturn in Week 2 loss
Trevor Lawrence completed 17 of 29 passes for 189 yards with no touchdowns and one interception while rushing twice for six yards in the Jacksonville Jaguars' 20-13 loss to the Broncos on Sunday.Lawrence helped lead the Jaguars to a 10-3 halftime lead and 13-6 advantage after three quarters, but the Broncos' defense progressively exerted its will and ended up holding him to a 52.4 QBR while sacking him twice. Lawrence's interception was also costly, as it came late in the third quarter at the Broncos' 33-yard line and led to a Denver touchdown. The drop-off in performance for Lawrence compared to Week 1 was fairly drastic, and the 2021 first overall pick will face another high-caliber defense in a Week 3 home matchup against the Patriots next Sunday.

Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence: Brilliant effort in Week 1 win
Trevor Lawrence completed 18 of 23 passes for 245 yards with four touchdowns and no interceptions while rushing twice for two yards in the Jacksonville Jaguars' 34-10 win over the Browns on Sunday.Lawrence's afternoon was about as smooth as his numbers suggest, as he helped stake the Jaguars to a 24-0 halftime lead with a trio of touchdown tosses to Parker Washington (30 yards), Josh Cameron (four yards) and Brenton Strange (14 yards). Lawrence added a 32-yard scoring strike to Jakobi Meyers to cap off the opening possession of the second half, and the air attack didn't need to do much more heavy lifting from that point on after the TD extended Jacksonville's lead to 31-0. Lawrence gets a much stiffer test in Week 2, however, as the Jaguars pay a visit to the Broncos next Sunday afternoon.

Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence: Sitting out preseason opener
Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Liam Coen said Tuesday that Trevor Lawrence and the team's other established starters will sit out Saturday's preseason opener versus the Saints, Ryan O'Halloran of The Florida Times-Union reports.Per John Shipley of SI.com, the Jaguars don't plan on having Lawrence see much action in their final two exhibition contests either, a departure from how he's been utilized in his prior five preseasons. The QB doesn't believe a lack of preseason reps will affect his preparation heading into Week 1, especially now that he has a year under his belt in Coen's offensive system. The 26-year-old had the best fantasy season of his career in 2025, setting personal bests in touchdown passes (29), rushing yards (359) and rushing touchdowns (nine).

Jaguars' Trevor Lawrence: Draws praise for offseason work
Trevor Lawrence has thrived in the early stages of his second offseason in head coach Liam Coen's system, John Shipley of SI.com reports.Lawrence has seemingly mastered Coen's offensive scheme in advance of training camp, and he's at full health this offseason after having faced limitations last summer due to a recovery from shoulder surgery. Per Shipley, Lawrence displayed command of the downfield passing attack during spring workouts and appears to have established better chemistry with Brian Thomas. The Jacksonville Jaguars have an abundance of riches to draw on in the aerial attack, with Thomas being joined by Jakobi Meyers, Parker Washington, Travis Hunter (knee) and TE Brenton Strange, so Lawrence is in good position to build on his impressive finish to the 2025 season. Jacksonville averaged 32.8 points per game from Weeks 9 to 18 last year.
