Kinsey was promoted off the Titans' practice squad Friday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official website reports.
Kinsey will provide depth at receiver and presumably chip in on special teams. He suited up for three games with the Titans during his first two years with the squad and tallied one catch for three yards.
