Kinsey was elevated from the Titans' practice squad Saturday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Kinsey will join the active roster for the first time this season to provide depth at wide receiver. Even though Chester Rogers (groin) has been ruled out, Kinsey is unlikely to play a significant role.
