The Titans elevated Kinsey from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, John Glennon of NashvillePost.com reports.
Kinsey will help Tennessee fill out depth in the wide receiver room following the trade of DeAndre Hopkins to Kansas City. The former suited up for six regular-season games with the Titans in 2023, but logged only one reception for six yards in that span.
