Wilkins signed a contract with the Titans on Friday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Wilkins began the 2021 season with the Colts and closed out the year with Tennessee's practice squad. He appeared in just one game for the Titans last year but will have the chance to compete for a backup role behind Derrick Henry heading into 2022.
