Dowell (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against New Orleans.

The 2023 seventh-round pick out of UT Martin did enough to make the Titans' active roster but won't be suiting up Sunday. Dowell's next opportunity to see the field will be Week 2 against the Chargers.
