Hance (shoulder) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Patriots, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
The 29-year-old is now in line to miss his third consecutive game after sustaining a shoulder injury in Tennessee's Week 4 loss to the Texans. Hance has operated as the Titans' top reserve guard this season, playing 116 total snaps (89 on offense, 17 on special teams) across four contests.
