The Titans activated Hooker (undisclosed) from the active/PUP list Tuesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Hooker was placed on the active/PUP list last Thursday, but his undisclosed issue was clearly not significant, as the safety is all set to suit up for training camp. Hooker logged 81 tackles (58 solo) and produced eight passes defensed in 2025 across 16 regular-season games. The defensive back is once again set to be the starting strong safety for the Titans in 2026.
