Oliver signed with the Texans on Thursday.

The Texans have several injured players within the receiving corps, so the move was made to add Oliver to the roster. The 26-year-old appeared in 13 regular-season games for the Titans during his career, amassing seven grabs (10 targets) for 103 yards.
