Skowronek (concussion) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
Skowronek was placed in concussion protocol at the end of August after the wide receiver suffered a head injury in the Steelers' 28-27 preseason loss to the Bills. The 29-year-old progressed through the entirety of the league's five-step protocol and was cleared by an independent neurologist before Wednesday's first official practice.
