Tipton began training camp on the active/PUP list, so the wide receiver is eligible to be placed on the reserve/PUP list to start the season. Once the third-year player recovers from his tibia surgery and spends the required minimum four weeks on reserve, he will be eligible to return to the Saints for the remainder of the regular season.
