Humphrey is inactive for Sunday's game against the Titans, Katherine Terrell of The Athletic reports.
The Saints activated Humphrey off the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, but he's a healthy scratch for Sunday's game against the Titans. His next chance to play will come Nov. 21 at Philadelphia. Humphrey has one reception for 27 yards in three games this season.
