Henderson (illness) has been downgraded from questionable to out for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Ian Rapoport of ESPN and NFL Network reports.
Henderson was given the questionable tag for Week 8 despite missing the last two practices due to an illness. He won't travel with the team to Miami, so the Patriots' backfield will be led by Rhamondre Stevenson while Corey Kiner provides depth. Henderson's next opportunity to suit up is Week 9 against the Packers on Sunday, Nov. 8.
