Hubbard rushed three times for three yards and caught one of two targets for 33 yards in Sunday's 24-6 loss to the Patriots.
Hubbard saw his usage scaled back significantly with star Christian McCaffrey returning to the fold. Whereas McCaffrey topped 100 scrimmage yards from his 18 touches, Hubbard was left with only a handful of opportunities, but he at least made good use of his lone reception. As McCaffrey garners more work going forward, expect Hubbard's role to remain restricted, putting him on the backburner after a stretch of success filling in as the starter.
