Campbell (neck) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Dolphins.
Campbell has not practiced since sustaining a severe neck injury during the Lions' Week 8 win over the Vikings that required a spinal board and a hospital visit. The linebacker continues to make progress in regaining full bodily function, but has obviously been ruled out for Sunday's game.
