Detroit released Keys from the practice squad Tuesday.
Keys joined Detroit's practice squad in late September after spending all of last season on the team's IR. He's yet to see any NFL action after originally signing with Buffalo as an undrafted free agent in May of 2024. The Tulane product may now seek out work with another organization, though he'll almost certainly need to settle for another practice-squad contract.
