Keys (leg) had a tryout with Detroit on Tuesday, Richard Silva of The Detroit News reports.
Keys signed with the Lions in June but suffered a leg injury during training camp and was placed on IR before reaching an injury settlement with the club. He now appears to be back to full health and looking for another opportunity. Keys has yet to log an NFL appearance, and if he eventually signs with Detroit or elsewhere, he will likely need to settle for a practice-squad contract.
