Rams running back Daryl Richardson ruined a lot of Fantasy owners in Week 3 when he played just one snap against the Cowboys and finished with no stats. But that one snap proved costly.
Richardson came into the game battling a foot injury, and he got his foot stepped on, forcing him out of the game. And now it's time to keep him reserved in the majority of leagues.
The Rams play the 49ers in Week 4 on a short week Thursday night, and it's doubtful Richardson will be ready. Even if he does play you're not going to trust him against San Francisco's defense.
Richardson has struggled so far this year with 30 carries for 98 yards through two games. He did some damage as a receiver with 10 catches for 78 yards, but he's been playing hurt, which has been a problem.
We hope Richardson can get back to 100 percent soon, but for now keep him reserved. Look for Isaiah Pead to pick up the slack in St. Louis while Richardson is banged up.
