Slayton (concussion) practiced full Friday and doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game in Washington, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
In the wake of entering the concussion protocol earlier this week, Slayton was held out of drills Wednesday before getting some non-contact work one day later. His full practice Friday was accompanied by no game status for Week 2, indicating he gained clearance from an independent neurologist. Thus, Slayton will team up with Malik Nabers (knee), Wan'Dale Robinson and Jalin Hyatt at wide receiver for New York's offense this weekend.
