Cowboys backup running back Joseph Randle was arrested Monday and charged with shoplifting about $80 worth of cologne and $40 in underwear from a Dillard's in Frisco, Tex., police told CBS 11 in Dallas/Forth Worth. The theft charge is a Class B misdemeanor.
