Colts running back Trent Richardson was not at Saturday’s walk-through and will not play in Sunday’s AFC Championship Game due to a family emergency, reports ESPN.
"I had to miss walk-through," Richardson said. "I'm dealing with a very serious family emergency. I'm still at the hospital. I wouldn't purposely just miss walk-through."
Richardson said he would have been at Saturday’s walk-through had the family emergency not popped up.
"I wouldn't just purposely turn my back on the team," he said.
