Pittman is dealing with a back injury that could sideline him multiple weeks, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Per Schefter, a stint on injured reserve is a possibility for Pittman, who missed Wednesday's practice. If he indeed misses time beginning with Sunday's game against the Titans, Josh Downs (toe), Alec Pierce and Adonai Mitchell would be in line to lead Indianapolis' receiving corps.
