Allen was arrested in late August, and he has officially been charged with two counts, including "OVWI with a BAC of .15 or more." Per the same source, "The NFL's policy says an eight-game suspension could be levied with aggravating circumstances (including 'extreme intoxication' with a BAC of .15 or more)."
