The Cardinals have cut running back Chris Rainey from the practice squad and signed former Colts back Kerwynn Williams to take that spot.
Rainey has experienced a drop in his career since playing in all 16 games with Pittsburgh in 2012 and rushing for 102 yards on 26 carries.
