Grey played 40 offensive snaps and 10 special-teams snaps in Sunday's 33-30 overtime win against the Colts.
Gray started alongside Kelce, playing 50 percent of the Chiefs' offensive snaps in the overtime contest. The tight end assisted in blocking for Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker and was also a meaningful part of the special teams unit. Grey was unable to catch his only target in the game.
