Sneed (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Chargers, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.
Sneed was a limited participant in all three Week 6 prep sessions. The slot cornerback has recovered from his knee injury enough to suit up as a starter in Sunday's divisional contest against the Chargers.
