Cardinals running back Andre Ellington (knee) is officially listed as doubtful for Sunday's game against the 49ers.
Although Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians said Friday that Ellington will be a game-time decision, the running back's injury designation suggests he'll have to wait another week. Chris Johnson will likely get the start, with David Johnson serving as the top backup. In the unlikely event he does suit up, Ellington would probably have a limited role.
